Really really bad experience they need to train staff at front desk to give the correct informationNow after choosing the PCP for my three year old and physically going to the office to find out if they are taking new patients I asked about Dr. Katherine Fields and they told me yes I filled out transfer papers and everything since I was pregnant and couldnt bother to keep traveling g to Marietta to see his previous Doctor because when a person is pregnant you can never tell how you will feel on any day. Now after doing all the necessaries with Medicaid they told me that Dr. Katherine Fields is not accepting patients in that age group This really really got me maddddd The lady Allie at front desk Is now telling me to put one of their nurse practitioners name as PCP on my childs WellCare card Hell NoNot after you told me you are accepting new patients now I come back to tell you about your error I have to go this process all over again Hell No I WILL FIND SOMEONE ELSE to see my precious son This is very unacceptable You waste my time and dont know jack what you are all doing Then when nurse practitioner on his card I will never get to see a doctor No no way You all need to get facts together I will find me a totally different PCP
