List of Piedmont Cartersville Medical Center's Reviews
I am not feeling good even worst that its Christmas Eve. But this ER staff you can tell they have been working around the clock but they still kept a smile on their face treated me with so much respect made me feel at home and I was in and out every person on staff I encounter was just awesome thank you so much.doctor
I was recently admitted to Piedmont Cartersville cardiac unit. I want to say a huge thank you to wonderfully caring healthcare professionals. Adriana, Sabrina, Jesus, Meredith, Mason and Vickie made my stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible. They went above and beyond answering questions and were pleasant and positive. I wish you all Happy Holidays and Peace in 2022. Keep up the great patient care!
I spent 3 days on the med/surg (3rd) floor and had an amazing experience. I was admitted from the ER and went through two procedures in the OR. Every single care provider who had me in their hands was amazing from start to finish. All of my questions were answered, so much time was taken to make me feel at ease and the level of care I received was totally unexpected from this little old medical center. My room stayed clean, the techs were extremely friendly and the food was better than at Kennestone. Special shout out to the hospitalist Dr. Burrah, my surgeons Dr. Gilbert & Dr. Tayara, and the most patient and kind nurse I've ever met, Dawn. Thank you all for making me feel safe and cared for through a scary experience. My ONLY critique is that most staff would remove their masks when entering patient rooms. I take Covid very seriously as someone with a baby at home who I'm trying to protect. But other than that, my care was phenomenal and I will be returning should I ever need to.
This hosptial really turn around i been there 2 times an the past month great nurses an doctors.they take there time an listen.Im coming from Cherokee county i will never use cherokee north side again
Some staff was ok. The service wait time when you call is terrible. Food was horrible, shouldn't be given to anyone. House cleaning didn't come until 4 days later while in the hospital. Floor and bathroom wasn't cleaned. Had to do it myself. Poor service since the hospital changed name.
The staff here has been really good. Jesus, on night shift, 3rd floor was wonderful. High praises to him. My issues are with house keeping. Floors are nasty, trash everywhere!! OMG..how is anyone suppose to feel better in a dirty environment?! And it doesn't seem to phase the nurses at all. They just walk over it or kick it around like it's not even there! I know these people have some of the toughest jobs, but they choose this path. Just step up the cleaning, and maybe it will help with the spread of covid too. Nasty isn't healthy.
Quicker service than usual but very mediocre diagnosis. Not worth what they are going to charge me that's for sure.
To staff at the E.R. I want to say thank you so much and the staff at the CATH LAB and the nurses I say thank you all ..But special thanks and love to ..DR Subbiah.Natile...Carlee..Jane..Viki..Liz..Sean..and of course Mary..and Susan...wow wow .. team .what a teamThank you so much
They're working hard trying to do the best they can. I praise them n support them in their effort to help all patients. Blessing to them all n their families.
This hospital refused to release two patients to their daughter who has the power of attorney, because the daughter was not vaccinated. They finally agreed after much public pressure. Shame on this hospital and any nurses or doctors who made this decision. Find a different profession. John in Washington State. This story has gone national.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
