So, my wife went there complaining of sore throat, earache, and dizziness. After testing her for flu, COVID, and strep and confirming that it was none of those they said, "You have some kind of virus. Oh, and also your ears are full of fluid and seem strange." And then sent her out the door with no further explanation. A. Few. Days. Later. My wife had to go to the ER. Turns out it was an ear infection that has rampantly spread and became a sinus and upper respiratory infection! Which, the urgent care might have caught of they'd actually been interested in patients who aren't victims of the flu, COVID, or any of the easy answers you get from a swab test. Seriously. Care. About. Other. Kinds. Of. Patients!! Their negligence has risked my PREGNANT WIFE'S health and the health of our unborn child. COVID and flu are not the only threats out there!! Please stop being negligent. Hopefully this is helpful. Sorry for the long story. Just... If you feel sick and it seems like they're sweeping you out because you're not a flu or COVID patient, insist on further examination.

Best experience at an Urgent Care Ever! Signed in online. I was late getting there and was greeted by a friendly staff. Was seen by the doctor in minutes and out the door in less than an hour. 5 STARS!

What a great team and a wonderful drug test experience. The front office team of Denitra and Rondi was great and very helpful and friendly and the clinical team of Chad and Erica was amazing and the whole place just made me feel like family. Thanks Piedmont Urgent Care

I went in for abdominal pain, and they were not able to help me. They advised me to go to the emergency room. They charged 400 dollars for the office visit plus a one-time fee of 60 for being a new patient. This is ridiculous. I would understand if they actually did something, but they advised there was nothing they could do. 400 dollars for them to tell me I had to go to the emergency room!! It's ridiculous!!!! If you dont have good insurance, I advise you to go elsewhere!!!!!
