I had a wonderful experience going to Urgent Care Piedmont. Sierra at the front desk was so friendly, Nic and Taylor were wonderful clinical team and Dr Devireddy was very nice, listened to what I was in there for.. excellent bedside matter. Thank you! I was in and out ..in no time.

My family and I have been to this urgent care many times and i cannot recommend it enough. Scheduling appointments is easy online, I’ve never had to wait very long at all when I choose to walk in either. It is always clean and orderly. The staff knows what they’re doing, to the point while also very pleasant. The Nurse practitioners and Physicians Assistants actually listen and have been great with my kids. My latest visit was for my son who was miserable with a case of strep. Angela Godfrey (PA-C)was excellent and quickly made my son more at ease. The nursing and front staff Nic, Jordan and Sierra were very pleasant, professional and efficient. No one is in a great mood when they go into an urgent care but I can honestly say after every visit I leave feeling better.

I was at this location with my child. Pediatrician was very professional and empathetic at the same time which I didn’t have a chance to see so far. Knowledge and reaction was 5+. Thank you to the whole staff here

There were mutliple available appointment times and I got in within minutes of the appointed time. I was seen by Susan Deguia, a Nurse Practitioner. She did a great job of assessing my needs and providing excellent advise. Thank you for great service.
