I Have Written Reviews On The Google Platform For Quite Some Time Now. On Various Businesses, Restaurants, And Products. I Always Aim To Be Fair Understanding The Possible Influence Of My Opinion On The Public. This Review Is Important In That It Actually Should Encompass This Entire Industry ***This Has Been Eye Opening*** First: I am a 61 year old man, I am disabled and visually impaired. When my services were brokered to this company for placement of an aide in my home they assured my case manager that an aide was available for me. That was not true. It was over a month later that they finally sent an aide who came to my home and basically did very little. Her supervisor needed to explain her duties to her again, over the phone. After several hours with this person being in my home, doing nothing, I finally asked her to leave for the day. It was near the end of her shift. It was at that point that she decided that I must be suffering from some diabetic issue and contacted her company who in turn wanted to call EMTs to my home! I wasn't sick, I was hungry. The aide was very wrong and way out of line. The same aide reported that I was in bed all day. A blatant lie. I literally took a 50 minute nap. I was in my bedroom which is where I spend my time. Due to an unbelievable degree of unprofessional behavior on the part of this company I asked that they no longer provide services to me. I mean, what services. I realized after 6 hours of...... Proclaim then sent police officers to my home and afterwards had an investigator from adult protective services pay me a visit to investigate ME. WHAT? In both visits it was easily determined that I'm perfectly fine. What Proclaim did to me was unbelievably unprofessional all in the guise of "Because We Care" For a company in this field to allow personal feelings to influence professional decisions is just wrong. Everything that transpired was initiated on the word of a home health aides opinion. This persons only requirement for employment is a clean background check. If this person was a trained medical professional it was less than obvious. I was hungry. I'm old. Let it be understood that at no point did EMTs arrive at my home to treat me for this supposed "diabetic issue" Again.... I was hungry. Now Publicly I Am Asking This Company To STOP HARASSING ME. I am not your client. Please go away now. This entire industry is not regulated or monitored stringently enough. This is just one example.

Proclaim is a wonderful company to work for. If not for moving to Pennsylvania a couple years ago I would be on my 4th year with the company! Keshia is an not only an amazing boss but an amazing, Christian woman! The passion and love she and others show is beyond measure!

I have been in the Proclaim Home Care family since the 1st patient was admitted to services July 2014. I have seen and help shed blood, sweat and tears to strive to give the patients the care needed. I am blessed to be part of this company.
