Edit: They have since called and assessed me, the assessor was kind and listened to me but the whole process was very confusing. If I were worse off I don’t think i would have been able to handle it.Called to find a therapist on Monday, made an appt for a counselor on Friday at one, confirmed that appt on Thursday. Missed ONE phone call at 12:50 on Friday to “prepare me for my 1pm appt” and called that number back eight minutes later, than two minutes after that, then about two more times right after that ( I was looking forward to this appt all week because I could finally get some help) and no one picked up and it did not direct me to voicemail. So after that around 1:15 maybe I called the original number, was told an assessor would call me around 1:30, not to worry. 1:45 I call back after receiving no phone call and was told I have to reschedule, the receptionist at one pm should have called me three times (he or she did not, i received one phone call and tried the number they left over five times) and since I didn’t answer the only thing they could do was put me in the next available- while I was working. I get it if the company is busy and assessors are short staffed (which was not explained to me I just assumed since they couldn’t make it to my 1pm phone call) but don’t blame me for missing two phone calls I didn’t even receive when I’m a person calling for help. I do not recommend this company AT ALL .
My time there was great and Liz was awesome. She’s the reason I’m still alive today
Do not seek treatment here .. please!
Anyone who doesn't like it here is obviously mentally ill and NOT READY to deal with their issues. They are compassionate and caring.
i loved it there i got the help that i needed and i created a bond with my therapist and peers 10/10 recommend
Very disappointed in the overall service. We specifically took my daughter to this facility with the promise of help with family behavioral issues. While we were charge for multiple appointments and counseling sessions. We only had one actual family session and this was only after we called for weeks to request one. There was very little communication and I can sadly say that the staff knowingly tried to put parents against one of Nother rather than bringing a family together for the success of the child. The facility also scheduled an authorized appointments with other providers and transferred medical information after specifically being told not to. This was a violation of HIPPA As well as a violation of our trust and confidence. I would not recommend this facility to anyone that I know. As far as an overall change on my child, I would say that we have seen a change for the worse.
I love them and how they helped my family!
The PHP/ IOP program at willowbrooke is absolute garbage. Take it from someone who spent three weeks there, the staff is horrible. The "therapist" who runs the daily adolescent group is a nasty woman with a rotten attitude. She, along with a certain other staff member, will go out of their way to provoke you, whether it's disrespecting you to the point where you snap or treating you like you're not human, and legitimately FORCING you to do activities you're not comfortable with. These people care about THE PAYCHECKS, NOT THE PATIENTS. If you come here, you will walk out worse than you were before. All staff except the doctor and Patrick should be fired, that's the only way anything will change. End point, if you or someone you care about is mentally ill and needs help, this is NOT the place.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
