Traditions Health Hospice & Palliative Care's Online Review Report Card

While I don't wish the need for hospice care on anyone, Shannon at Traditions was a true light during my family's tough time. Her & the rest of the team helped us navigate something we were not familiar with and did it with care, compassion and empathy.

The team that took care of my mama were excellent. Because of them I was able to have her with me and spend more time with her.

This was a horrible experience, I hope no one else has to go through. We chose this company because they were already at the hospital and my brother in law was ready for her to go home. The first nurse explained to us that she only had hours maybe 1 to 2 days, so they knew she was leaving us. The next night at about 11:45pm we called for a nurse. We called the nurse at 12:45am and told him she had taken her last breath. He finally arrived and pronounced her dead at 2:07am. We should not have had to wait that long for help. Then another 30-45 minutes for the funeral home. (Not there fault. ) So she laid in the living room having already pasted away for 2 hours. This was the worst experience I had ever been through. After talking to friends about hospice I was told it should not have happened. I hope everyone reads reviews before choosing. Definitely wish we would have.

The professionals working with my 100 year old Mom are outstanding. The entire team has been extremely helpful, not just for my Mom, but my wife and myself. We took Mom into our home for over 4 months. The team is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Their support and recommendations made our undertaking and decisions less stressful. Would highly recommend Traditions Health.

Traditions Health provided outstanding hospice care for my aunt. In the days before and weeks after her death, they gave comfort and peace throughout our hospice journey. Their clinicians were exceptional and everyone was supportive, caring, and knowledgeable during the moments we most needed them.

I can't speak on the hospice care but I can say that the Palative care was very disappointing to say the least. I along with Home Health tried to get in touch with someone for 3 days to address my mother's needs with no answer or returned phone calls. Because of their negligence it resulted in a 6 day hospital stay. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I have yet to get a return call and it has been two weeks. They are not even aware that I have fired them and moved onto another company. Again I say, I am truly disappointed. If their Palative care is this atrocious I can only imagine how their Hospice care is. I give them 5 negative stars!

Angie, Vickie and the entire team stood by our family and walked us through our most difficult days. We are so incredibly grateful for their knowledge, kindness, love and support during this time.

Beth has been an amazing nurse. She has helped our mother through hospice care with such compassion. She takes the time to explain options (sometimes repeatedly) to help ease our mothers discomfort. I appreciate all that she has done to help navigate us through this process.

Bethkay and her staff are extremely passionate about their patients. The care and compassion for our family is above expectations!

I have dealt with Traditions for the past few months. We have been blessed with theist wonderful people. The nurses, CNAs, Chaplin, and the social worker are so nice to work with. The way they love on Miss Julia is amazing. Thank you!!
