Not sure if my last review posted or not but I don't see it so here I go. I love Dr Pamela Hearn she is the best PCP I have ever had. She listens and is genuinely concerned about what you are going through. She refers you to the proper specialist if needed and always keeps you up to date on things needed in your care. She is the absolute best. I have referred several family members and friends to her and they changed to her also they also love the care she gives them. Thanks Dr Hearn for being so caring and compassionate. We need more PCP like you

The doctors are great. Dr. Hearn is wonderful the issue is the office staff. Without fail, it takes me anywhere from 1 to 7 phone calls to simply have a Prescription called over to my pharmacy. Most of the time this process takes a few days of back and forth calling on the phone to get them to do it and about MAYBE %20 of the time i can actually get a Prescription sent over on the first attempt. I have no idea what goes on in that office but it gets crazy trying to get my medications. Every month i have to look foward to going through this and i am in no shape to keep doing it either.EDIT: They have improved greatly since this review. I hardly have an issue ever now for what ever reason. I am not too sure what they changed but it has been better :D

Dr. Gordon has been my Dr. for 25+ years! I love him and his wonderful staff! June retired and the merged with Polk and then Dolores retired and time changes...as with the new Generation of staff.Haven is AMAZING! She has taken care of me during all of the changes. She was the only one pulling the weight of many for a while. Some times when you have a lot of changes and new people...things can get hectic, but never EVER hateful and rude. Sometimes the left hand and right hand work differently when new teams come together and business is still ran 24/7 but then they get back into a groove.Have patience and remember that every time you leave a bad review....it impacts way way more than just your thoughts. It impacts everyone’s job and their livelihood and credibility. It’s public! Don't hide behind reviews.... Take it up with them in person! Even eBay people ask you to talk it out before leaving a bad review.

The office staffs finds it acceptable to hang up on patients when it’s busy and it becomes very frustrating to try and get in contact with the office staff. They will have you on hold for 20+ minutes and then find it okay to hang up on you. My doctor is amazing, Pamela is the best.. but having to deal with the office staff has me considering switching to another pcp whic is very upsetting. Customer service is extremely lacking...

Dr Edwards is amazing! She takes her time and really listens. I wish I had found her years ago!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Gordon's for 20+ years & he's helped me get through a couple of serious illnesses in the last 5 years. He communicates well, listening and answering questions & explaining what's wrong and treatment options. He makes sure that you understand before leaving, and if you do have questions later on, the nurses are very helpful and kind. I hope that when he does eventually retire, that I'm too old to know it! 😂

Very good Dr.Pamela Edwards is The Absolute Best

I had a injury in February of this year. I re-injured my recently healed wrist from a car accident. When I was sent there by my job I had a elder gentleman as my doctor. He was very rude. He also insulted my orthopedic (whom I hadn't had a chance to visit before being sent to him) who has been my orthopedic for 12 years. I kept telling him my wrist was in sever pain and he kept telling me it wasn't. He grabbed my wrist and was yanking it around and moving it saying it wasn't broke because it could move. He left the door open and was saying some very rude things about my orthopedic and I while I could hear him. My mother was on the phone the entire time. I left there crying, and has to wear a brace for an extra four weeks, because of how he handled it when "examining" it. I won't ever be a patient again, and neither will anyone of my loved ones or friends. I would highly recommend not going to this place.

Dr. Edwards is simply the best. I adore her. I've never felt more cared for. Patient, kind, understanding. She really takes time to get to know her patients. I have never felt rushed. And The Golden Girls are usually on the TV when I have a morning appointment. ;)

I've been using Dr. Gordon as my PCP for 20+ years. He and his team from the nurses to the front desk ALWAYS go above and beyond to make sure I get the best service possible. Shame on those who have left negative comments regarding Haven! When I call, I ask to speak with her EVERYTIME & think she's GREAT at her job!
