My experience with Dr Hearn was good for awhile. As her practice grew she became less attentive and ultimately revealed herself to be amoral and phony.

My Mother all of a sudden could not walk and went to the ER in Rome. They released her in 24 hours. We went to see Dr. Hearn 2 days later. She said “my mom was not far off her baseline” even though a week before she was walking all over the place and driving and now she was weak and walking with a walker. She even said she thought she would be ok by herself. 2 days later I took her to Wellstar ER after she was throwing up and couldn’t keep anything down. The said she had a stroke and also severe aortic stenosis. Dr Hearn read the EKG and Echo the week before and said “it was nothing to worry about”. She told her just to drink more water and use Flonase. A few days later (just one week after seeing Dr. Hearn) the Dr. from Wellstar called me and said that 3 arteries were blocked going to the gut and was Leary about doing surgery since my Moms heart was weak with the aortic stenosis. He asked what I wanted to do. I called Dr Hearn since she was my moms PCP and saw her a week earlier and said her heart was fine. I asked if Dr Hearn could call me back ASAP to get advise on this. First they were going to charge me for a tele-visit? What? Dr. Hearns did not call me back until the next morning. Unfortunately my Mom died in the hospital the night before. Thanks Dr Hearns. Hope you feel good about that.

Dr. Hearn is absolutely the most compassionate and concerned Dr I've had over all time. She is very attentive to your concerns and genuinely cares. So happy she is my Dr.

I love her! She is such a sweet heart! She has good heart for people and she is gentle and easy to talk to. She is so precious Love you Dr. Hearn! She is such a sweetheart i Love her. She is very sweet and compassionate and makes sure you feel comfortable. She is really gentle when she examined me and listened to my chest . And she also understands the need of comfort objects like stuff animals and action figure toys.I love her

We are patients of Floyd in Cedartown Dr Hearn for over a year and I’ve never seen her but this about the practice in general they are so unorganized it’s pathetic and a joke my wife went there and drawed blood they didn’t have no one to do it so they sent her to out patients it cost us 500.00 and then it was time for my blood work and I was also charged that amount the dr seemed good but it is so unorganized some one some where is dropping the ball lack of communication in my book I hate to but I’m going to find another dr

Love Dr. Hearn! The best doctor I’ve had. When I go there I only want to see her because she’s so easy to talk to and I feel like I’ll never get judged by her.

I am giving 2 stars because my husband really liked Dr. Hearn but.... My husband sees Dr. Hearn. He really likes her but as others have stated, the office staff needs a lot of training. He had blood work done on 6-15-21. I called on 6-18-21 to try to get the results and the no personality girl I talked to said they would call when they got the results. I asked how long it takes to get them, she said 2 days. 6-18-21 was 3 days. I called back on 6-21-21 and left a message for jada, Dr Hearns nurse and she didn’t even have the courtesy to call back. Today, 6-21-21 is the 4th day. The office staff is a joke. I called back on 6-22-21 and left another message for Jada at 8:10 am and it's now 2:00 pm and she still hasn't returned my call. I called back to see if I can get a copy of my husbands medical records because he will be changing doctors, not anything against Dr. Hearn but we can not and will not deal with her staff any longer, and they told me I had to pay 15 cent a page, ok no big deal but that I can't just come up there to get them. I have to sign a release and they will send them to us in 2 weeks. I told the lady I was talking to which I thought I was polite to her, that I would call her back and she just hung the phone up on me. This staff is so rude, unprofessional and could careless about anybody. Again, not saying anything bad about Dr. Hearn because my husband likes her. They really need to do something before they loose all their patients.

I should have already been referred to someone due to my pancreas. After I stayed 3 days in hospital. But still no referral. Just meds.

I love Dr. Edwards. She was a compassionate physician and made me feel comfortable talking to her. We missed her here in Beaufort. God bless you Dr. Edwards. Love & kisses.
