The wait is way to long My appointment was 245 and I’m still waiting for the DR here at 345pm. My time is just as valuable as these people especially when I’m being charged

Dr Pyle is great. But the lady that answers the phone by the name of Joyce is rude and disrespectful. She was asked three times to change my pharmacy and claimed she did. When I called my pharmacy they never received anything. I called back and savanna said they sent it to the old pharmacy after I told the lady three times to change it. This is not the first and only problem I’ve with Joyce. Obviously after looking at the reviews others have as well. If you continue you to allow this rude and disrespectful person to work in your facility mistreating patients and not listening to us then you will lose a lot of patients. One more time and I’m posting about this on a social page with my recorded calls. This is beyond ridiculous

I drive over an hour just to continue to see him after I had moved from the area. He has a wonderful patient centered attitude and always takes plenty of time. I never really wait past my appointment time. I highly recommend him.

Omg his staff is terrible. Especially Joyce and Tammy. They will talk to you like a dog. I’m surprised that they allow them to talk to patients like they do.

He ALWAYS takes his time. Asks questions. Explains medications side effects. NO question is 2 stupid believe me. We drive from Dallas to see him
