Si eres hispano y por lo regular no tenemos seguro médico es la primera clínica donde yo certifico que no abusan de ese detalle con nosotros y cobran lo justo yo estuve ahí por una herida y con el tratamiento y la consulta y todo lo que conlleva me salió en $100 obvio eso no incluye la receta médica eso es aparte pero mayoría de nosotros estamos acostumbrados a que pagamos $300 o más solo por saludar al doctor

An amazing Doctor's office- the office is gorgeous! Dr. Nguyen is super kind and truly cares about his patients! He is very friendly and overall it is a very welcoming environment! The receptionists are also both super sweet and always greet me with a smiling face! Overall, an amazing Doctor's office and I would highly recommend going to Chamblee Family Medical Clinic!

Very untrustworthy, dispassionate, impersonal, unprofessional and unethical. She has no connection to her patients. She treats you like just a number. Once your appointment is done she makes you schedule another appointment just for your test results so she can get paid. She never calls in your prescriptions in a timely manner you have to hound her and her staff. She is very money hungry and lacks any empathy or human connection. When she comes in the room its in and out. She even had me perform some of my exams on myself in office but maybe this was due to covid or just laziness. She is never on the same page as her staff and they all like to play the blame game with little to no accountability. The Dr was to busy to see me and is always overwhelmed with her workload her staff scheduled me for later in the week and said they would date my excuse for my call in date since I was sick and the Dr had to many appointments. When I finally seen the Dr they didn't honor their word. Only way to get her on the phone is by making a paid appointment. Everything is about money and rushing you off with her. She lacks moral compass. She has no concern that I provided her the staff members name and date of call in. They have disclosed my personal lab results in the hallway in front of other people and I had to walk out with out being seen due to pure embarrassment, shame and utter disbelief. Im highly disappointed in this organization. If you want to feel unheard by your medical professional and prescribed 50 medications this is what you will get. I have been coming to this woman for years only due to the fact that she is in network. If it wasn't such a hassle, I would have been changed doctors. This woman knows absolutely nothing about me and is very disconnected with her patients. She is run by greed!!!

State of the art location and very profesional service.

I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with the way your office does business. I visited your office on 8-8-2022 with some concerns. I had lab work done and was prescribed medication. I was told that I should take the medication until my lab work came back and would receive a call to discuss further. I received a call on 8-15-2022 from someone other than Dr. Challa about the lab work. This individual couldn't answer the questions that I had, so I requested a call from Dr. Challa. I was given a 6:00pm appointment for a phone call. 15 min before the 6:00 appointment, I was contacted by one of your staff members and I was told that I needed to pay another deductible to discuss this with you and that it was the policy of the insurance, not your office. It's disheartening that after contacting the insurance company, I was told that is incorrect and that I do not have to pay to follow up and ask questions about lab results and medication prescribed. I would think that my doctor's office would have higher integrity than what was depicted. Not a good impression for a new patient!

Since COVID/2020, Dr. Challa's office has gone downhill. They are charging for a complete doctor's visit to refill medication. They purposely make sure they only put in 1 refill at a time so they can charge you for a visit. They charge just to talk to the doctor regarding an error caused by them. Additionally, they make mistakes in prescribing medications. Also, the clerks do not check your insurance, and you will get an unexpectedly large bill. They will not see you if you don't pay the unexpected large bill. Some of the clerks are not customer service-oriented, and some do not speak English. When they get frustrated, they go to lunch and call back. This used to be an excellent clinic, but it has changed for the worst after many years. They are now more concerned about finding ways of getting money out of the patients instead of providing quality care and service.
