Great service! The staff were friendly and helpful. Will def bring my little one back.

We came to the Chamblee-Brookhaven location 1-19-2024, because our boys had been experiencing cold/flu like symptoms and we wanted to make sure it wasn’t anything serious. I am so glad we came to this location! Everyone was so nice and upbeat. The check in process was a beeeze, and we may have waited 30-40 minutes to be seen. The nurse who took their vitals was so gentle and patient with both of our boys. She even offered them popsicles while they waited to be seen by the NP, which my oldest son loved! NP Zaworski was the best!! She listened to all of our concerns, she was also very gentle with our boys, and we were given tons of information on how to care for our boys while dealing with their viral cold. Everyone made us feel very welcomed and we didn’t feel rushed at all. The check out girl gave us homemade blankets to take home with us too, like how sweet! We were really blown away by the care and service we received at this location. Thank you guys a ton! :)

My husband and I brought our daughter to the Children's of Atlanta Urgent Care due to her complaints of ear pain and feeling unwell. We were visiting for the Christmas and New Year holidays with our family. Arriving at 8, just an hour before closing at 9pm, we were pleasantly surprised that they accommodated us and remained upbeat. The staff and nurses, especially the triage nurse, were friendly and pleasant. The check-in process was easy, and we didn't have to wait long before our daughter was seen, only about 35 minutes. Dr. Hathaway and Nurse Terran provided informative, helpful, and attentive care. Despite initial skepticism due to reviews, our experience was the opposite. I would encourage others to choose this urgent care without dwelling too much on reviews. The staff, nurses, and doctors face numerous challenges daily, so it's important to show gratitude and understanding. Thank you, Children's of Atlanta Urgent Care, and happy holidays!

Been here twice. Each time had to wait for hours. The whole waiting system they have is wrong. I guess they just want to pack as much patients as possible. More than 1 hour for our turn, then 45 minutes to see the doctor for 2 minutes then another 15 minutes to get the discharge papers. It's obvious they don't think of us as human beings.

I am so grateful for this urgent care clinic. We were visiting from out of town when one of our children became very ill. Turns out she had the flu! The staff here was so caring, kind, and efficient. We were able to receive care quickly- my daughter was able to get rehydrated, and we were able to find the cause of the illness and manage her pain. From start to finish, our visit was 1.5 hours (she got into exam room within half a hour of entering the waiting area)-not bad for an urgent care clinic for a busy sick season! you so much!

Omg, only five stars! When I mention that they cared for my daughter with kindness, care, and love! To the staffs who were here from 12-3pm ( 11/30/23) , I want to say thank you lovely ladies !!!

We have been to this clinic on two occasions and will not return here for medical care. We have never had a positive experience for a number of reasons. 1. This clinic is highly disorganized. 2. Patient navigation doesn’t make sense. 3. Numbers 1 & 2 lead to an incredibly long wait 4. The doctors do not take the time to determine what tests and procedures are actually necessary. 5. They push tests they can bill you for regardless of if it’s necessary or if it’s invasive to the child. If you can - I would avoid this clinic unless it’s absolutely necessary until they implement changes that are patient-focused.

Dr. Sathian is an awesome physician. She has great bedside manner, was thorough, pleasant and explained everything in laymen’s terms. Nurses and techs were great as well.

We called for our nephew who was having an allergic reaction; they locked door when we showed up right at 9pm (close time) and saw 9 year old kid and wouldn’t open door and help; embarrassment to industry - realize they worked long day but to turn away a child without looking at them because it’s 1 minute pass their close time and they stood there watching. Absolutely atrocious. When we went to side door to ask for help they ignored us and were laughing. Healthcare at your finest!

Best CHOA urgent care hands down!!! They treat you with care. My service was so fast. My daughter came in crying and left with a smile. I truly appreciate everyone there. Thank you guys for being there and making sure daughter got the care she deserved
