This place will lie and overbill, then refuse to correct the bill when contacted. I came in for a sinus infection. I was billed as a new patient or someone there for outpatient services of 45-59 minutes in length instead of properly for a short exam. In reality, I saw the physician assistant for 5 minutes or less - just enough time for her to prescribe me antibiotics that I have listed as an allergy on my chart...twice. Even then she didn't look at my chart, only suggested a third option that I said I wasn't allergic to. This was not the comprehensive history and physical exam that they billed me. I both called and emailed Piedmont about this issue when I received a several hundred dollar bill that claimed incorrect services were billed. They said that the bill wasn't coded for what I came in for, but rather the service that they provided and that they can't change it once the physician logs the code. There is a word for this practice - FRAUD. I went in for a sinus infection and we updated my already established patient file with my current address/etc, I was evaluated for a sinus infection (she looked in my nose and said it looked inflamed, that was all), and left within 5 minutes. I was then billed for services I didn't receive. Plain and simple overbilling fraud. Don't come here unless you value lousy medical care and being fraudulently overcharged.

Went in and the front desk person was ok, the nurse was great, super nice and friendly. I waited over an hour to be seen, I clearly have an infection based upon my temperature and swelling in my face. Barely apologized for the wait, looked at me like she was disgusted, offered no solution except for to go to the ER.

I walked in to Urgent Care filled out my forms and was seen immediately. The front desk receptions was very helpful and professional. The Dr. was amazing and very informative.

The entire staff is so friendly and professional. I had a big cut on my finger and the got me in and took care of it immediately. If I ever have to go to an urgent care again it will definitely be here.
