This place is wonderful. Every member of the staff treats me with warmth and compassion. They want me to succeed just as much as I do. Recovery is such a delicate situation and the help me through with dignity. I don’t know where I would be without this place.

This is the best treatment center with the best counselors and staff. Angie isn’t just my counselor she is a great friend,& listener. She will go out of her way to help anyone.

I honestly love this place, I have them to thank for saving my life. They are a blessing and so thankful that they're so caring about the patients. Mrs. Parker (the receptionist) is the so lovely to see and talk to every morning.

I’ve been going for over six months. I am treated with respect and the staff is always available when I’m having a bad day. Excellent customer service and great nursing staff.

I have had good experiences and very very bad experiences with this clinic. When my counselor died just a couple of weeks ago I was told in a very cruel way. They didn't even bring in grief counselors or anything like they said they were going to. Miss Parker makes my day every single time I come there. She and Darren are the nicest people on staff there. To them you're not just a number or a dollar sign. To them you are real people with real problems and those two are the most caring non-judgmental sweetest people I have ever met in the healthcare industry. They both go above and beyond. The nursing staff is great Miss Molly she's the best and new Miss Kayla we love her too and Ms.Linda. The counseling sessions are pretty much a joke they're always interrupted by bosses or like my last session I was called in when there was someone else still sitting in there asked how my month was I said fine anything you need to talk about and I said no and she said here sign here and that was it. I have had absolutely hardly no counseling since I started there nearly a year and a half ago. I would definitely recommend trying to get off whatever substance you are on on your own without having to seek methadone treatment here.

I've been going here for a few years now at times I don't like it and other times I'm fine. The people here are amazing they put up with a lot. I know because I've gave them my share of aggravation. Front desk receptionist miss.Parker is the bomb nicest lady you'll ever meet. Nurses are great very polite and they put up with a lot also. Some people need to practice better hygiene they have to smell it all. Lord help them! Counselors make you feel like a close friend so it's easy to open up to them. Would be 5 stars but I don't like being charged if I can't make it sometimes I get called in at odd hours and can't make it bit I get charged anyway. It is what it is I guess.

I have been in treatment for 8 years this is the 3rd clinic in my 8 years and have only been here for a couple of months but I have to say that the change to this treatment center has been positive in every way! The counselors , nurses,and the receptionist are very professional but at the same time friendly, compassionate,and understanding! I would recommend this treatment center to everyone in need of treatment! It has absolutely changed my life! Thank you Medmark!

This place saved my life. Lisa is the best. They’re no issues as long as you do as you’re supposed to. You have to want to change not just get medicated to feel better. I never thought I’d be where I’m at now. I actually have a normal life now. I’m able to get up every morning and function, no more laying in bed being dope sick. All I wanted was to have a normal life and thanks to this place I’m on my way. John Nathan and Lisa are absolutely wonderful. I really don’t know any of the other counselors. If you’re wanting to change your life this is the place to go.
