Visit went well....very little waiting.....doctor answered all questions....doctor explained medical information in a way I could understand.....
The staff was friendly and efficient. Dr Harding answered all of my questions and provided excellent advice. All in all a great visit.
Definitely would recommend Dr. Harding. He is always attentive to my health and needs. He is easy to talk to. I never have to wait for long periods at the time of my appointment.
About 2 years ago Dr Harding discovered a kidney stone on my x-ray. He told me that because it was only 5 millimeters in length, he wanted me to come back in a year to see if it had grown. Thanks to some advice that I got from my brother(drink lots of lemonade), when I saw Dr Harding the next year, the kidney stone was gone. I liked his "wait and see" attitude and his opinion to not go through surgery or lithotrypsy until the next year.
My husband's PSA test results were a bit high, so our primary doctor sent us to Dr. Harding. My husband went in for prostate biopsies on 2/2/21. I had been down this same road with my ex husband 12 years ago....he was diagnosed at 45 with an aggressive form of prostate cancer that almost took his life, and left my children without a father. Today, 2/9/21, I receive a call from his office that they have my husband's biopsy results, but won't tell us until Friday...3 days from now, whether or not he has cancer. I told Dr. Harding's office that we were both very afraid, and just needed to know if it was cancer or not. They said they would contact Dr. Harding and let him know. As I am on my husband's records as his legal primary contact for all medical information and test results, Dr. Harding called my phone. He acted irritated and asked for my husband, asked where he was, asked for his cell number. I told him that I was on record as his legal medical contact and his first response was "I feel like I've been ambushed!!!...I was told that I was calling your husband at this number!" First...while we wait for a cancer diagnosis, the doctor's feelings are not our concern. Second, what his office told him about who he was calling is not my responsibility. He told me that my husband has cancer and asked me to apologize to my husband for not sharing this news with him directly. I think that he may not know that my husband agreed to that when he legally assigned me his legal contact for medical test results. He was being cold, irritated, and uncaring. My veterinarian is more compassionate when receiving test results for my dog, even though my dog has no idea that we are waiting for test results that could threaten my dog's life.....as human beings, we know!! Then I come to find out that he has had the test results since LAST THURSDAY! So, while my family has been unable to sleep and frightened for 8 days, Dr. Harding waited 6 days to call us to tell us we had to wait three more days for results. Considering that the call today didn't say that the results were all good, we knew the news was not good. Dr. Harding has lost all connection or ability to empathize with his patients and what they are going through. He could only think about HIS FEELINGS and his irritation as he delivered the news to me that my husband has cancer. He obviously had five minutes to call today, or 5 minutes to call six days ago, to give us the worrisome results, but he just didn't even consider what his patient, or his patient's family was going through. Dr. Harding, you're fired! Get out of the field of medicine. You do not have the compassion to do the job. There are too many caring doctors out there....we don't need doctor's like you.

You are seeing a specialist...expect that there might be a wait. Patients have concerns and will go over their appt time. Sometimes the Dr. will be behind a bit. Well worth the wait and understanding.
I wish i could leave no stars. I called and made an appointment for my husband, i was very specific in what i was looking for and the front desk assured me that Dr. Harding could do what was asked. My husbands appointment came around, he went to the office. The doctor spent MAYBE 10 minutes with him, felt his balls, and told him they didn’t do sperm testing and that he would have to make an appointment at another place to have that done. After all was said and done, the doctor rushed my husband and we were no closer to figuring out his problem. Fast forward to now, we receive an EOB for his visit. Dr. Harding charged the most comprehensive exam you can bill for. It’s a comprehensive physical exam, at least 45 minutes face to face and more. As you read above, Dr. Harding was not with my husband for more than 10 minutes. So his charging a comprehensive exam is a joke. I will NEVER recommend anyone to see this doctor or go to this practice.
I always thought that he had a bad "in a hurry couldn't be bothered attitude" but i gave him the benefit of doubt that he was extremely busy. He is the type of doctor that would rather throw a pill at you and send you on your way. He did this for approx. 10 years. I had to cancel 2 appointments due to my father being in and out of the hospital (which he is a patient there also). I rescheduled and the day of the appointment receptionist told me that Dr. Harding would not see me anymore. He would not even talk to me or call me back. I went to another urologist and wow what a difference! They actually did tests and figured out what was wrong! What a great concept. 10 years of no answers and on my second appointment at the new doctor I had answers and solutions.
Our visit with Dr Harding himself has always been great. He is pleasant, concerned, and informative. BUT last Thurs. I called our pharmacy to get an expired refill on a needed script for my husband and had the pharmacy fax the dr.’s office which they did on Friday. Checked with pharmacy this am, and also last Friday and Saturday, and they had not received a response. Called the Utica office twice today at 9:15 and 9:30 and was on hold for 9 min. and then 13 min. when I finally hung up. Called the Troy office, the phone was answered promptly, spoke with a young woman named Grace, she had no explanation why Utica was not answering the phones as they were open. Grace listened, got my husband’s information, said she would take care of notifying the person that calls in the scripts and mark it priority. The script was received and processed when I checked with pharmacy two or three hrs later. GREAT JOB GRACE!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
