I got my hearing aids at My Hearing Center and I wish I had gotten them sooner. My hearing specialist was great, very thorough and matched me up to a great pair hearing aids and made all the adjustment to match my needs. Their after service was wonderful, I went in once because my right side stopped working. They took it and cleaned it and now it works amazingly well. They offer me a 2 year free interest finance contract which I took advantage of. I was very adamant about only doing the 2 year free interest. Well their fiance company set me up for faillure and it cost me another $1000 more for my hearing aids. I made every auto payment on time, including the last payment. But in my contract they moved my last payment ealier, which I didn't catch and therefore made my last payment late. Also they set my yearly payments wrong so that at the end of my 2 years, I still owed $200. The fiance company would not help me and made me pay for the 2 years with back interest. Costing me $1000 more. I contract My Hearing Center about this problem and they agreed with me on my request for only 2year but would not do anything to help me with this problem. So I would not trust them with my business again.

It was good. I don't like the door open when we are talking and everyone on the waiting room hears you. It was explained well. Someone walked in a I felt rushed. He said it was a walk in but still felt rushed.

Brandon Croft set up my hearing aids via the computer program. He asked me a few times if I noticed any difference. I always said yes a little. As it turns out, one of the aids is inactive. No fault of his. For a charge of $400, I thought was a little excessive. However, if needed, I would return.

Went in for my appointment needed ends for the hearing aids, firmware update, and they clean them also. They did it all and I was back out in 15 minutes. Excellent service.
