Dr. Murphy is easy to relate to. He listens. He is conservative and very specific. Well mannered, mild easy mannerisms. Compassionate. Very good caretaker. The office and staff are very effecient and quick to respond.

It was mostly a waste of my time! A person with serious medical problems needs a better Doctor and one who is not always rushed,but NGMC seems to be totally more concerned about money than quality care!! Trying to talk to them about concerns is also a waste of time! I am positive others have had the same bad experience as I did!

This is the worst doctors office I have ever had to deal with. Do not bring your children here, find a doctors office where they leave open slots for sick visits or they have more than one pedestrian. We have been here 7 months and the ONE and only time I've been able to get my daughter seen is for her wellness visit. If I call for a sick visit, I am always told to take her to Urgent Care, I explain that the Urgent Care (located in the doctors office) does not take her insurance (Amerigroup) I get told to take her to the closest ER (there is not one in any of the 4 cities in this county) take your child where someone is passionate about what they do and actually care about the health and week being of your child.

Dr James Murphey has helped me through many health issues... I wasn't sure who to turn to when I came up here from So East Fl... now I've been here 6+ yrs and I know my health is in the hands of a professional, knowledgeable, & caring doctor!!

Dr Murphy is very pleasant. He has listened to my medical concerns and has worked with me to help resolve any issues. I have found him to be patient, kind, and thorough. Thus far, I have never felt rushed or my concerns dismissed. I have been seeing him for about one year, and have been satisfied so far. I can recommend him to others. My spouse and children see him as well.

Dr. Murphey seemed to listen to what the issue was and acted upon it. He may be young & is still learning I am sure but he has been correct on his diagnosis all the times my husband has seen him. A very polite & caring doctor. Seems like being a doctor is his passion and it shows.
