Everyone there is friendly and I love my primary care doctor Melissa Pruitt she listens to my problems and always finds a solution even though I can be tough at times. I highly recommend Medlink White if you need a primary care facility.

This office is a JOKE I always get the run around. I called about a personal issue at the end of July had to leave a message and have to yet received a call back They never check their messages. I have to ask off way ahead of time for appointments so I get the afternoon off for an appointment and they call me the day before to cancel… with no other appointments for weeks Ugh they don’t care here they only worry about them selves…. No patient oriented at all…. They have really changed with all these new providers. Hate it ughh.

I was very sad Dr. Pittman left I have been seeing the nurse practitioner and she can’t prescribe some of the prescriptions that Dr Pittman wrote for me. I hope MedLink will bring in another doctor.I have always been treated so well by the people here and really feel comfortable going to appointments. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes.

My review goes to the Medlink manager. I understand communication can be the one thing that cause tension. Ms Carolina is there to help and explain. She always backs up her doctors and nurses even while trying to understanding your problems and fix them.

Super disappointed with our appointment with Ms. Pruitt today.. I for one asked that we not be seen by her.. that was ignored. Then after trying to explain whats wrong with my son .. whose going through some changes She ask why not just let him go back to public school.. after i told the evil wench months it wasnt working for him.. so Im upset at the fact that she questioned my parenting.. like her energy is just way off and her attitude is trash.. I would not recommend her to my enemy.. we will not be returning.. to see her.. I love Tonya Wehunt tho.. thats the extra star.. she listens without judging and if she does she does it in a nice way..
