This review is of the Rochelle office and concerns my Mother's 10:30 appointment, of whom I am her sole caretaker (Son): First of all, we did not receive the paperwork package in the mail to have completed prior to the appointment. We arrived 15 minutes early, and had to wait until the paperwork was done and all her info was input into the computer. I held my tongue until 11:30 and four people were called back ahead of us. I then confronted the receptionist and asked what the holdup was,and of course got the excuse about the paperwork. I told her that it wasn't our fault that they didn't send it to us. I told her that we could've finished it after being called back, but no, we had to wait. It was at this point I just had to remove myself from the building before unloading on her. So here I sit, in the car. This is totally unacceptable and unprofessional!!! A one star rating is extremely more than they deserve. I will definitely recommend to my Mother that we go to a different podiatrist, someone who is more patient oriented and knows how to run a medical practice. These "People " are an embarrassment to the profession!!!

I have no problems in getting an appointment. Her staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Tallon is great. She listens to you and answers all your concerns. I will continue to use her services. I will likely recommend her to anyone .
