I have been going to this dr office for years and everytime I come it’s worse and worse . Today I had a 9 am appointment time just for a birth control shot. The only person there was receptionist she was very nice and understanding. I voiced my concern with having a 9 am appointment time with no nurse to do services required. Receptionist explained nurse doesn’t come in until 9:30 . Waited until 9:30 no nurse still having to wait at that time I asked for my results to my pregnancy test so I can administer the shot myself I was rejected . At 9:46 Once nurse Lauren finally arrived with food in hand because why be late and hungry right . I thought well maybe she is ready to do her job oh no but to my knowledge I was told the system was down this morning and she couldn’t do her job. After 15 years of continued service. I will not be returning to dr. Adam’s office . It’s not like and one is there to hold these women accountable for Unprofessionalism, rudeness and just not considerate of other ppl time .
The staff is friendly but the amount of times I have had to leave and reschedule is frustrating due to the length of an appt. I only was coming back for results and I am there 2 hours still no room, so I leave and this is like the 3rd time!! If u are coming here please set aside 6 hours to be here. I just don’t hv that type of time unless they paying me to come not me paying them
As others have stated, this office has gone downhill. They never open on time, never answer the phones, never have clean bathrooms even at open, appointments last so long for absolutely no reason, very unprofessional, and very unorganized. I’ve tried to switch my provider for months but cannot get them to release my records. All you need is an emailed signature request, yet they can’t even do that. They need to shut this place down.
This practice has gone downhill so much! I have been a patient at this office since 2021 and there were previously physician assistants or nurse practitioners that worked at this location alongside Dr. Adams. I am not sure why they are no longer there, but they were simply amazing. Dr. Adams seems to be on his own now and the wait time is absolutely horrible and completely unacceptable! I had an appointment today and I waited for over two hours before I finally had to go back to work because I still had not been seen.
I was very nervous at first my blood pressure was high never had a male doctor so when I met him, he came in talked with me for a little while made me feel real comfortable. Thank you very much.
This was the weirdest experience of my 20+yrs of seeing an OB. My initial appointment was at 9am, arrived at 8:50am. Doors didn’t open until 9:13am. After waiting in a little waiting room until 11am I had to leave. I rescheduled. Today my appointment was at 3pm. After bloodwork and leaving a urine sample, I got my BP read (I have high BP and I’m on meds) it was 136/110!!! ITS NEVER been that high🤨. I read my BP right before I left home (8min drive). It was 132/94 that’s good for me. The appointment was only for birth control! I do understand that an initial appointment requires bloodwork, a pelvic exam and maybe a pap. Got to the room at 5pm. He came in, asked what I was there for (as if he didn’t already know). HE WOULD NOT LOOK ME IN MY FACE!!!!!! He said he’s concerned about my BP, and we needed to do a pap, a pelvic exam and std tests. Which is fine. I asked to clarify if I was getting bc or not. He said no because of my BP reading. Little did he know, I’ve worked in OB and I know for a fact I can get many options of bc with high BP! I said no that’s ok and left at 5:14pm. I feel like he’s just introduced in PELVIC EXAMS!!!! Why is this place still open???
Thank you Dr Adam’s
I had the worst experience here! Don’t go here find you another place it’s horrible and some of the staff are very rude
All I can say is wow. This is the most unprofessional clinic I've been to. This is the second time I've showed up for an appointment and the doctor was not here. This time not only is the doctor not her the whole clinic is not open. Last time my appointment was at 10 and this time it's at 9. There were 7 of us us waiting when they opened at 9:06 and the doctor still was not there. Not only that every time I go in all they want to do is try to run tests, urine and get blood. My first appointment with the doctor was not a good experience. The step on the bed was dirty and when I told him he just covered it with a gown. Then he Immediately wanted to do a vaginal exam and didn't even have a conversation with me or know why I was there. Most times if you call you can't get anyone on the phone. It's horrible. I do not recommend if you don't want your time wasted. I'm not even able to be seen today because the doctor is still not here and I've been waiting almost an hour. There are several women in the office. I was not helped to even get my results from what I came for. Just a big waste of time. I recommend you run do not walk away from this place!!!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
