The staff is completely incompetent and not properly trained. They have a level of education not even sufficient for answering the phones, much less something as important as taking measurements of an eye.. The equipment they use is very old and it did NOT work the day before my surgery when they needed a final eye measurement. They also did not explain in detail what needed to occur before and after surgery. The surgery took ALL day, when told 2-3 hours. Would not recommend this office.
