Long wait times and unconcerned staff. Dr. Pollydore was very non chalant and unattentive about my injuries. Dr. York was amazing! The physical therapy manager and staff downstairs are horrible. My advice: Go somewhere with five stars. Not here.
Dr Lee Kelley needs his medical license pulled. He is corrupt and in the pockets of lawyers and big corporations that he handles worker comp cases. He withheld MRI results showing disc herniations. Got a copy of written report by mistake showing this proof. His own staff said he is corrupt and not helping his patients. He is known by other doctors and even lawyers as the most corrupt doctor involved in Workers Comp in GA. His name is laughable as he has destroyed any ounce of decency he may have ever had. Now he runs on greed and his evilness will catch up to him one day.
I was in for problems with shoulder, elbow, and wrist pain. After several visits, Dr. McCollum gave me some advice on my options. It was to have imjects in my wrist or surgery for carpal tunnel. I decided surgery. I know it sounds crazy, but here we are 2 years later after the surgery. I'm feeling amazing. Thanks Dr. McCollum for putting my Work ans social life back together.
Every time I'm here I wait over an hour to be seen. When I asked how much longer the dr will be, they don't know. One time they couldn't even find him. I think these are decent doctors but they just lack any concern whatsoever for your time. You wait over an hour, they don't apologize. The nurse just asked me if I wanted to reschedule! My wrist is broken and she is just like, well we can reschedule you. Holy cow. If I could give them zero stars I would. So embarrassing for this company.
Really good doctors here. Staff is friendly. Waiting area is nice and large, not crowded. They get things done quickly here. Always plenty of doctors to make an appointment with. Different doctors for different parts of the body. They have another location downtown, but this one is just as nice and with the same doctors. I have always had a good experience here.
I have been to Resurgeons in Mcdonough. The Dr was awful. Not polite at all actually very rude! I absolutely love the front office staff here, Eric, Rae, and Dr Mcclelland were all awesome. He has great bedside manner and is very thorough. I'm so happy that I have found a great Ortho Dr. Kudos to this office!
Doctors at this clinic are first class. They care about the injured patient and how they can help more than about the money to be gained. I was referred there in 2009 with a broken left humerus - this following unsuccessful surgery by another practice 6 months earlier (arm was still broken). I was first seen by Dr. Stephen McCollam who reviewed my case, said he could do the surgery, but there was another doctor in the same practice, Dr. Duralde, who would be better than he. He had to track Dr. Duralde down at the airport to confirm he would accept me as a patient. Surgery was successful and five years later, I am still reminded how Dr. McCollam put my health ahead of his pocketbook. All of the medical staff with whom I came in contact in this practice were professional, caring individuals. I would refer anyone and everyone to this practice.
Dr. York is extremely knowledgeable in his field. He was able to make several suggestions to resolve the medical issue experienced. We did not appreciate the condescending tone and chastisement received from his assistant/trainer during a time when help was really needed. Additional bedside training is needed in that area.
Had an injury and went here to get it looked at. After being told by the rep how much my insurance would cover and how much I would have to pay out of pocket for co-pay, I received several bills to the tune of over $500. After speaking with my insurance company and calling the Peachtree Orthopaedic billing department again, they admitted that their rep gave me the wrong information but that I would have to still be responsible for the bill. All that on top of the fact that my injury is still the same, if not worse! Needless to say, I will never use their services again.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
