I was having a serious problem with atrial fibrillation for ten years which was getting increasingly worse. Dr. DeLurgio did a cardiac ablation last summer and I haven't had Afib since! I've done my research and he is one of the best in the field. He is also very patient in answering all of my questions.

Using the convergent procedure, Dr Delurgio was able to change my longstanding “Permanent” AFib condition to NSR without medications for the past 3 years. Amazing!!!

His service is top notch. He tries to see everyone that needs to be seen even if he has to stay extra hours. I am very thankful and appreciative of his willingness to come to Columbus so I don't have to drive to Atlanta. I would wait 3hours for him. Sometimes emergencies happen and are beyond any one's control. He is very thorough and will answer any question and will go in to detail about the procedure.

My Dad is 80 years old. The first office visit we waited 3 hours. We were scheduled for a procedure at St Francis Cath Lab and the paperwork from his office said to be here at 5:30 am. (My mom had to wake up at 4:30am) to get him here on time. If this review would let me I would post picture of 5:30am paperwork. The hospital put him in a room and said he wasn’t scheduled until 12 pm. It is sad the treatment our Senior citizens get with health care. St Francis has no explanation except someone at Dr’s office made a mistake. We now are in room waiting and waiting because we are at the mercy of this hospital.

I half to give Dr Delurgio a 5 star i had a previous ablation from a doctor in Chattanooga he totalled messed me up and i saw Dr Delurgio in jan 2018 i worn a heart monitor for 2 days and i come back for my results and i was told i needed a pacemaker march 7th i had the pacemaker put in at emory hospital in atlanta ga this doctor has been such a god send i can not thank him enough for my new found energy i would highly recommend him

I would not recommend Dr Delurgio as a cardiologist. I had a cardioversion with him in Sept of 2017 and he did not follow-up with me afterwards. My follow-up visit was scheduled with his PA and when I tried to schedule my 3 month follow-up with him after that appointment, he was not available until 4.5 months...
