Waited in waiting room for more than 1 hour and was turned over to Nurse practitioner and when I told them I wanted to see the doctor he refused and said because I wasn't a surgical candidate I had to see the Nurse practitioner. Up until now I was very pleased with the Doctors I had seen here, I WON'T E BACK ANYTIME SOON!!!!!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Jones since he opened his practice in Arizona. He and his staff are very focused on the health of their patients . He has called me on the weekend with lab results and can always fit me in for an appointment . He explains test results so a layman can understand and has a great referral network of specialist. He truly cares about your health.

You’re in luck if your doctor is Scott Jones MD. I’ve been his patient for 13 years so I know him and his staff well. He is a no nonsense tell it like he sees it doctor who cares for his patients. He is an educator. This fits what I need. We had a consultation March 4, 2021. He turned to me and said you are going to the hospital right now! Whoa! His action saved me. Heather his office manager and George his PA are outstanding. A little warning. Be respectful. Heather is a mother hen if you are rude or disrespectful to the office staff. I speak from experience.

After working with Dr Jones for over three months, multiple imaging and 2 MRIs (constant neck and arm pain. When I went in for results of MRI he asked me where I hurt, had I done PT and if he had given me a shot in my shoulder. This was ALL in my chart. He never explained the results and set me up for a cervical epidural, which he or his nurse explained. Just saw that I would not be paying him for surgery and pushed me out the door.
