I went to ER LAST Wednesday. I have pancreatitis. I am trying to make a follow up appointment with Dr Parker. I been calling since 9:00 this morning and it is 2:30 now. I can’t get anybody to answer phone.

Dr Parker is a wonderful doctor. Very knowledgeable and caring professional.

Best Primary Care Doctor I have EVER had. He listens, is open minded and easy to speak with. Highly recommended (if he's taking new patients).

Saw him for many years, was very satisfied until he began dismissing tingling and numbness in my feet and lower legs, saying it was just part of the aging process. After several years of progression that at times did not even include proper/accurate documentation (once I requested records and could see them), I finally sought a 2nd opinion. Testing was immediately ordered by the 2nd provider with an eventual referral to a neurologist who diagnosed a specific neurodegenerative condition that easily explained the many years of progressive symptoms. Attempted to switch physicians to my spouse's family practice physician and initially the clinic refused, saying they don't allow transfer within the same medical practice (!). Fortunately that was resolved and I could not be more satisfied with my current provider with whom my spouse has also been exceptionally satisfied for a number of years.

Looking for a new primary physician after moving to the area I was hesitant because of the reviews of many doctors I'd researched. Dr. Parker was recommended to me by a trusted source that is equally particular. His staff is friendly and professional. That was important to me, they're vital to a good practice. Dr. Parker is thorough, doesn't rush, explains things in layman terms without being condescending. When he wanted me to see a specialist his nurse called the following day with an appointment set up for me. I was prepared to wait and perhaps have to call them with a reminder. It didn't take long to get an appointment and reasonable wait time in his office.

I had visited several doctors when I first moved to the Columbus area but had not found one that I felt was right for me and my family. Once I met Dr. Parker, my search was over. I have been seeing him for over 20 years. He is such a good listener. He asks questions to make sure he understands exactly what you are dealing with, physically, and emotionally. He treats the whole person. He will refer his patients to specialist when needed. He reminds me when it is time for tests, such as mammograms and other screenings. He makes sure my immunizations are up to date. His office has a lab and both ultra sound machines and x-ray machines. This allows him to get test results immediately without making the patient travel for these tests. I have never, had a doctor that I trust more than him. I only wish I had found him sooner! His kind and gentle nature puts his patients at ease. I wish there were more doctors like Gregory Parker. If there were, the world would be a better place.

Dr. Parker actually cares about his patients and takes time to listen to their complaints and asks questions until he knows you know he understands what you are trying to say. I am hardly ever kept waiting either in the outside waiting room or the exam room. I like the way Dr. Parker has a system for covering your questions before you get to ask some of them. Everything is done methodically and with great professionalism by all staff members. I would definitely recommend Dr. Parker to other people.
