They will “reschedule” your appointment and make you wait months longer than original date. I wonder how many people have resulted to unhealthy coping mechanisms waiting for their psychiatric “care.”

I love Dr. John. She literally saved my life. I have been a patient for 4 years. She is straight-forward and doesn’t sugarcoat anything. She really gained my respect when I called after hours because I was having issues. I left a message and she called me from out of town when her mother had passed away and adjusted my medication. That showed me how great of a doctor she is. I will be honest though, if you don’t listen to her instructions and follow the plan she sets for you, she can get ugly with you. You have to Be willing to listen and follow the plan she makes for you. I recommend her to everyone.

Very rude and doesn't listen to you all she wants to do is shove medicine down your throat and not hear you out to your conditions she doesn't want you to explain anything basically not talk when I had the last session she told me to shut my mouth and listen I can't get a word in edgewise I do not recommend this doctor she should not be even allowed to practice psychiatry she takes you on and off medicine and doesn't listen to how good or bad you feel on your medicine

I would NOT recommend Dr. John to anyone. She doesn't remember basic information about patients despite having a chart in front of her. The front desk staff is rude and treats patients like problems instead of people. They stop answering the phone an hour before they close for the day. Getting Rx refills is like pulling teeth. I've been trying to get a refill on one of my medications for 2 weeks now and I've gotten nowhere. Feels like she's only there to push prescriptions on her patients because that's how she makes money. I feel like she just sees a dollar sign when she looks at me and not a person.

Run.........don't waste your time nor money!!! Office staff is very rude and doesn't return calls. They could care less about someone's mental health. Also, Dr. John is very hard to understand as there is a language barrier there. I asked to see another provider as treatment/communication was difficult. They have several providers in this practice but, it was denied and said I HAD to see Dr. JOHN.

Dr. John really knows what she is doing. I have been a patient for 3 years and although mental health disability is a very unpleasant thing to deal with, I have been pleased with the care I have received here. Thank you!

I love Dr. John. I have been suffering from severe anxiety and depression for many years with extreme highs and lows, it has gone undiagnosed my entire life until I found her. Not only did she address it and start me on meds to help, she diagnosed me with bi-polar disorder. She saved my life.

I'm a patient of Dr. John's. She's AMAZING! I just wish I could have therapy with her also.
