My husband had a procedure and he was not informed by phone or letter of his results for 10 business days. When he called on the 10th day to request an oral report, he remained on the phone for over 30 minutes without anyone answering his call. "All our representatives are currently assisting other callers. Please remain on the line and your call will be answered in the order it was received."

I am so very pleased with my care and progress while being treated by Dr. Fortson. I can't wait until December to find out if I have been cured of hep c. So stoked today to find out no hep c detected in my last set of lab work.
