Pediatric Orthopaedic Associates's Online Review Report Card

Our first worst experience.

Everything was wonderful from booking the appointment to check out. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the office was on time, quick, and efficient.

My granddaughter was taken here for a fractured arm. They overcharged my daughter almost $200. This was last year. They still have not received their money back.

My son received outstanding service with Pediatric Orthopaedics. The staff was friendly. The wait was not long at all. In and out. The doctors were very knowledgeable and took the necessary time needed to assist us. I couldnt have asked for a better place to take my son. Thank you for all that you do.

A breath of fresh air! I loved the genuine, laid back and honest approach that are characteristics of Dr. Bulkeley! It definitely relaxed us during my son’s unfortunate situation. She was thorough and patient; providing us with detailed information that put our minds at ease! She even went above and beyond by sketching a picture of the fracture to ensure understanding! The icing on the cake was the staff were just as empathetic, welcoming and friendly! An overall great healthcare experience. Thank you thank you!!!

We absolutely LOVE Dr. Bulkeley. She's friendly and out going. She's very detailed and super kid friendly. Most of the staff is friendly and out going, they make you feel at home. They're a pediatric orthopedic and make sure the parents and kids are happy. However I only gave 3 stars because the last 2 times we've been since my daughter's surgery we seen Courtni Schaaf and she seems like she's miserable and cold, as if she doesn't enjoy her job working in pediatric's. My daughter flat out dreads to go when she has to see Courtni. She's not very kid friendly at all and acts like it's just a job and just another patient. Maybe orthopedic is her calling, but maybe with adults not children. Children need to feel safe, comfortable, and like for whatever reason they're in the office for is taken seriously and they understand what's going on. No patient should feel like they're just another patient especially if they're children.

Our experience w Pediatric Orthaeopedic Associates was easy, convenient, & simply painless. The staff was very pleasant. We didn't wait long to be seen and they provided excellent care to son who had broken his clavical bone. It was just really painless from beginning to end.

Great service and super friendly staff. Hopefully we won't need pediatric orthopedic services again, but if we do we'll definitely use them!

We were worried because our pediatrician told us my daughter had scoliosis. We had x-rays done at the provider our pediatrician told us to use. Come to find out, the x-rays would have been much better if I had just gone straight to Pediatric Orthopaedic Associates. They showed us the x-rays ordered from the pediatrician and showed us how that aligned with my daughter's back/spine. It was very insightfuland I would highly recommend them for further consult or just if you have a orthopedic concern for your child. They were able to give us great news and I felt fully informed once we were getting ready to leave. Excellent doctor on staff.

Dr. Bulkeley and her staff are simply amazing!!! My daughter broke her elbow and every person we came in contact with treated her like their own child!!! My daughter wasn't scared one bit going into her procedure, she told me she knew Dr. Bulkeley wouldn't let anyone hurt her! She has now healed completely and for that we are thankful however we are sad that we won't be seeing everyone at the office anymore. The office staff is one of the best we have encountered!!! They truly made me and my daughter feel like family, not just another patient!
