List of Piedmont Columbus Regional Midtown Campus's Reviews
They need to close this dam place down. I’ve been here since 11 I told them I’m having Covid like symptoms. I have been seen or treated. I went to the back to have my fever checked. They told me my blood pressure was high and that I have a fever then sent me to the front to wait again. I’m in so much pain. They told us let them know if our condition has got worse. And it has I’m out here sick as a dog. They don’t care about anyone at this hospital which is sad.
I don't even wanna explain why this horrible is so bad
No sense of urgency whatsoever! This hospital is a joke. Don’t come here if you are in any type of pain at all. Been sitting here for almost 6 hours and have not even been seen by the doctor. Go to a hospital that actually cares about your health concerns.
The ER staff is BEYOND rude. They don’t care at all about there patients all they care about is gossiping and getting a pay check for doing exactly that. The front desk is absolutely NO help and there so worried about not spreading covid but let someone who was covid positive sit in the waiting room with everyone for 3 hours! I don’t understand it at all!
Anna is at the front entrance (not the front desk) and WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND MEAN UNNECESSARILY. I CALLED HER SUPERVISOR. SHE IS ONLY NICE TO THE CAUCASIAN/WHITE patients that come in.
First and foremost, I would like to send a shout out to Dr A D Patel and his staff!! Abbey, Sherry, Cathy, Janet, Steven, Nicole, Monica, Valencia, Michelle, Jeff and Sam!! Very professional and caring staff!! From start to finish, you guys are amazing!! God bless you all and keep doing what you're doing!! If I ever need to come for any procedures or if I hit the lottery, I will come see you guys, once again, thanks for everything.
Tiarra, the social worker health counselor, for Piedmont's Columbus Regional called me today for a follow-up on my outpatient surgery. She was so kind and caring. I am just so thankful to her and to everyone at Piedmont Columbus Regional and I cannot express enough my gratitude for how they treated me. I only want from now on to go to Piedmont Columbus Regional. Sincerely, Barbara Fewell
Employees are not treated fairly but worked very hard. I do not advise seeking employment with this hospital. Neither being admitted to either facility as a patient.
I went to 3 physicians who diagnosed me with parasites and infections. Medications were prescribed. I went to Piedmont due to the other physicians were unavailable. Despite my prior diagnosis, the nurse sat me down and told me I was suffering from delusions of parasitosis and I need to to get my head examined by a shrink. She talked to me in the lobby instead of an examination room. I was in a lot of pain and in tears from something biting me in my foot. She disregarded as delusions. My legs were swollen and my skin was harden due to inflammation. She said I needed to stop harming myself.Clearly, this hospital is not the place to visit and I see why it has a very low rating. If you don’t have money you will not be considered as a human. Despite my plea for x-rays and skin grafts, she made me feel like a dog.I recommend people to go to somewhere else.
I’m wearing a mask. So I guess the mold in the waiting room won’t impact me. This feels like a ghetto Hospital. I try very hard to avoid this place. Rather drive to Atlanta for any surgeries.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
