Will I be able to get a job there?I'm at Brunswick Job Corps center rn and when i finish I wanna come there to work. My trade is Medical Administrative Assistant
The Most Pleasant Experience Ever and I am Bi-Polar and Very Anxious/Depressed. Thank you so much to my Dr. Kelly Manahan, Pre-op Tracy Frailey and Allison Kee, the Anesthesialogist, Post-op Carmen and Jen. Y'all are so AWESOME. I didn't cry not once. I felt safe and Genuinely cared about and cared for. These doctors and nurses went over and beyond. If I didn't mention anyone, I am sorry. I recommend Piedmont wholeheartedly. ❤❤❤🙂🙂🙂
I had to have a Heart Catheterization Monday. From the moment I walked through those doors I was treated with respect and I had excellent care from the staff in Patient registration to all the Nurse's preparing me for the procedure and afterwards. Thank you all at Piedmont for giving me and my Family peace of mind and excellent care.
I am pregnant, and was seen this evening and the midwife was rude and very dismissive to my care. I was at Piedmont midtown less than 2hours. I was placed on a fetal monitor for roughly 30 minutes and then sent home. My personal body complaints were completely ignored. There were no tests ran, my cervix was not checked nor did they see if I was dilated at all. I was not in the best mood being in severe pain 3 consecutive days. The midwife assumed I simply came to attempt to have an early induction which I did not ( yes I’m extremely close to my due date, but my complaint wasn’t directly related to getting me induced )she did not even make eye contact. They were most helpful getting me discharged than getting me help! The discharge papers also stated I was there for back pain which was not the case.
90% of the staff at piedmont are rude and unprofessional . they are supposed to make a patients stay as comfortable as possible. instead they make it unbearable . they should pay me because during my spouses stay i had to take care of her. she has to come back soon for another foot procedure. things better be different this time or i will contact my lawyer . extremely angry ron chandler
I've been here with my boyfriend for over 5 hours, almost 6. Every time we come here,we get put into the system and left alone. You have to go out there to get them to come check on you. No bedside manner at all. We were passed over for a room at least 5 times. I don't know why I keep coming back here
I was treated at the Northaide campus on June 7, 2021 by your nurse practitioner Shelby Smith. I had sudden dyspnea for about a month. I was also seen a few weeks prior. This lady had the nerve to tell me that I have psychogenic Hyperventilation in an anxiety state. She made me feel terrible and that my feelings weren’t relevant, and just basically brushed me off and sent me home with an atarax prescription. A few weeks later I was diagnosed with eosinophilic asthma. My eosinophil levels were through the roof which she would have known if bloodwork was drawn. Eosinophil levels indicate an allergy. I’m 36 and have worked in the medical field since I was 18. I would NEVER tell a patient how they feel is just in their head. I have messaged Piedmont on Facebook and have called the north side campus asking to speak to someone to make a complaint about how I was treated and all I was told is that someone would call me back. Today is June 26……. 26 days later and I still haven’t had anyone to call me back. I’ll be calling the corporate office Monday because this is not ok.
They will NOT allow husbands (even fully vaccinated) to sit in for an appointment during a gender reveal or even see the baby at all. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT RECOMMEND, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE.
I wanted to take the time to share a positive review. Tonight I brought my 21 month old son to the Piedmont Pediatric ER and they were so wonderful. The clerk up front was kind and fast to get us checked in. The nurses were very calm and patient with my son as he was screaming to high heavens during his triage. The doctor came in after less than a 10 minute wait and immediately addressed his issue. It was a quick fix and we only waited about 10 minutes for discharge papers. From the time I left my house to the time I pulled back in, it was only about an hour. Thank you, thank you, thank you for being so attentive and efficient. My family appreciates each and every one of you! ❤️
Why I HATE Piedmont! I am a patient of Dr. Pippas at JBACC I have to see him once a year now. Which should be a flat $45 Specialist Co-pay. It is a simple office visit and exam. No treatments No procedures No chemo No radiation Yet this is what Piedmont bills me ON TOP OF THE $45 co-pay that Pippas will also bill me for. Making a simple office visit cost me $255 OUT OF POCKET!!!! That is WRONG.... it is thievery! It needs to stop!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
