They were requiring covid testing just to have my 20 yr old autistic son looked at for basic ear/nose/throat issues. The doctors were always very nice...but its ridiculous to make a disabled person take a covid test just to have his ears checked for infection. The "coordinator" who called ne about this issue was horrible. Disabled Autistic adults cannot give informed consent. The actions if this provider seems totally illegal.

Last month I couldn’t get them to send in refills for my meds which meant I had to go without my meds and then today I go for appointment with my daughter and I’m told that wAnt give me my mental meds. So basically last month you refused my to send in blood pressure meds affecting my Heath and now are refusing to fill mental health meds. Glad to know you are trying to kill your patients. Time to find a real doctor

Myself and my pharmacy have been trying meds refilled for over 2 weeks and have still not received the refills. These meds are for dire health condition and now I am having complications. I do not recommending this clinic at all as it is clear they do not care about their patients health

Thank you so much to my Dr. Kelly Manahan, Pre-op Tracy Frailey and Allison Kee, the Anesthesialogist, Post-op Carmen and Jen. Y'all are so AWESOME. I didn't cry not once. I felt safe and Genuinely cared about and cared for. These doctors and nurses went over and beyond. If I didn't mention anyone, I am sorry. I recommend Piedmont wholeheartedly. ❤❤❤🙂🙂🙂

I had to have a Heart Catheterization Monday. From the moment I walked through those doors I was treated with respect and I had excellent care from the staff in Patient registration to all the Nurse's preparing me for the procedure and afterwards. Thank you all at Piedmont for giving me and my Family peace of mind and excellent care.

The only reason to go to Piedmont is if you're in this area and literally dying. Otherwise, drive out of town somewhere if you can. On January 3rd, 2020 I went to the North campus because I'd had a debilitating migraine for that whole week, started having double vision, and suddenly the entire left side of my body went numb. The north campus ran no tests, gave me some headache medicine, and sent me home. everything returned the next day. By the 7th, my eye doctor diagnosed me and sent me directly to midtown via the ER. I had a blood clot in the right transverse vein in my brain causing a 100% blockage, AND pseudotumor cerebri. Had I not gone in that day, I very likely would not be here to type this, and it could have been found 4 days earlier had North done any sort of examination. The vision in my right eye has been permanently damaged. (If any lawyers are reading reviews looking for a case, I think I have one for you.) NOW as my neurologist continues to monitor my condition, I have to get the occasional updated MRI. Here's where the extortion takes place. They make up a number they think sounds good, and force to you pay at least half of that, or you can't get your services done. As someone with a ticking time bomb in my brain, they may as well hold a gun to my head. My last MRI they "estimated" my cost to be $830, and forced me to pay $415 or not get the scan done. Now that it has gone through insurance, the total bill was only $604 making it $226 less than they "estimated" MY part to be, and my share costs only $164.66. They are now holding my $250 refund captive for "approximately" 30-45 days before they'll issue it back to my credit card so I'm losing even more money paying for interest. It is totally confounding to me that they can get away with forcing you to pay a made up amount of money without allowing the insurance process to run its course.

I am pregnant, and was seen this evening and the midwife was rude and very dismissive to my care. I was at Piedmont midtown less than 2hours. I was placed on a fetal monitor for roughly 30 minutes and then sent home. My personal body complaints were completely ignored. There were no tests ran, my cervix was not checked nor did they see if I was dilated at all. I was not in the best mood being in severe pain 3 consecutive days. The midwife assumed I simply came to attempt to have an early induction which I did not ( yes I’m extremely close to my due date, but my complaint wasn’t directly related to getting me induced )she did not even make eye contact. They were most helpful getting me discharged than getting me help! The discharge papers also stated I was there for back pain which was not the case.

90% of the staff at piedmont are rude and unprofessional . they are supposed to make a patients stay as comfortable as possible. instead they make it unbearable . they should pay me because during my spouses stay i had to take care of her. she has to come back soon for another foot procedure. things better be different this time or i will contact my lawyer . extremely angry ron chandler

I've been here with my boyfriend for over 5 hours, almost 6. Every time we come here,we get put into the system and left alone. You have to go out there to get them to come check on you. No bedside manner at all. We were passed over for a room at least 5 times. I don't know why I keep coming back here
