Id like you to know whatever head nurse you had working the ER the night/morning of 11/29-11/30, (short blonde hair, glasses) was pretty darn careless! I brought my daughter in who was having trouble breathing due to a cold, mind you she already has sleep apnea.. and she checked her lungs, checked her ears, checked her throat and said “she sounds perfectly fine”. Do you not hear her cough, do you not hear her congestion! After all the things I’ve told her I’ve tried for the past 5 days and she sent us home with nothing but “take delsym & use Flonase” … normally the nurses are very caring there, but not this night

I just love Piedmont. From the pre-op nurses to the anasthesiologist to Dr.Kelly Manahan to the post-op. I'm sorry I can't remember their names now, but they were ALL fantastic!!!

My kid had a episode at home where she became completely pale along with feeling dizzy and nauseous… She turned pale as a ghost, underneath eyelids were barely pink and gums turned whitish color! She was rushed to room after her vitals were read. She was then discharged immediately after no tests were ran… no blood work even though she has a family history of anemia… the Dr just diagnosed her with a fainting episode… She has a history of this so isn’t there room to be tested for something? I come from the medical field myself and this is completely inhumane and I will seek legal aid in this matter! What negligence…

The Most Pleasant Experience Ever and I am Bi-Polar and Very Anxious/Depressed. Thank you so much to my Dr. Kelly Manahan, Pre-op Tracy Frailey and Allison Kee, the Anesthesialogist, Post-op Carmen and Jen. Y'all are so AWESOME. I didn't cry not once. I felt safe and Genuinely cared about and cared for. These doctors and nurses went over and beyond. If I didn't mention anyone, I am sorry. I recommend Piedmont wholeheartedly. ❤❤❤🙂🙂🙂

Had shoulder surgery and afterwards they gave me in humane pain management, also encountered a very rude nurse. I was also held three days longer than neccessary due to a psychologist not doing a simple call assessment. There were some very nice nurses there but the bad outweighed the good.

I had to have a Heart Catheterization Monday. From the moment I walked through those doors I was treated with respect and I had excellent care from the staff in Patient registration to all the Nurse's preparing me for the procedure and afterwards. Thank you all at Piedmont for giving me and my Family peace of mind and excellent care.
