Piedmont Physicians At Warm Springs Road's Online Review Report Card

09/07/2021. There are many stories I can tell about this place but today was crazy. My mom's physician was Dr. Meesha Gwan -Nulla. On countless occasions she would ask my mom does she want the flu/pneum shot and my mom was adamant about not wanting it. Well today she asked and my mom and again she refused refused. She went into her lecture about getting it and I said she does not want it. So she looks at me and says you don't want her to have it . With an attitude and said she is going to put in her chart that I don't want her to have it. I said you better not put that in her chart. Why don't you address her issues that she has been c/o. Like constant pain. Having a dexa scan done to diagnose Osteoporosis; which she was already diagnosed with and discontinuing a blood pressure med that she was no longer on over a yr. I guess that put her in a fickle and she said in loud voice I dismiss the both of you. I am no longer doctor. I said ok you are not doing anything for her anyway. Not to mention the nurse who checked us in who thought she was another patient and wanted to order an a1c saying she was an diabetic and she wasn't and saying two other meds were discontinued and it wasn't. Whew!!! My mom is 85 visibly upset. Got out of there because my mom had an heart attack a couple of yrs. ago. Thank You Dr. MGN. You did us a favor. I know the healthcare industry is stressed; but that is no excuse. Stay prayed up people. Know your ABC's of safe care right patient. Hoping I can find another physician in this crazy time. You helped make a decision that needed to be done anyway again Thanks.

I would NOT recommend this group to anyone that I care for.

What Dr Office does not see sick patients? I have been a patient for more than 10 years and I’ve had maybe 5 physicians. They don’t follow through with referrals. I was put on driving restrictions back in Oct of 20 and I wasn’t even told. I went in to see the Dr. for limb numbness and they wouldn’t see me because I said I had a cough!! I have asthma PEOPLE!! So forget the fact that I’ve had a negative covid test!!! Y’all are a bunch of lazy unprofessional people!! I hope this place closes down permanently!!! Save your own life and find another Dr!!

This girl sitting at this door , Candace , has a very bad attitude .I asked if I can go in with my mother ..." I already told your mom that you cannot .We are at a level 4 with Covid " .I'm surprised someone hasn't popped her yet . She has an attitude like she owns this place.

I been going there when it was the roman group.but he sold out to Piedmont he does not care for you when he was roman group not he cares about is $ he see 6 folk in one hour you just a $ for him after 15 year seeing him I told to find me an other dr which.i did next day no more will.he see me or refer any one to him

They have good people there and they have respect for others and treats you will and good

Is there anyone to answer the phone when some one calls in I've been on hold for 20 minutes. The doctors ,dr Roman especially , is one of the best doctors in columbus ga , but trying to get intouch with some one not so good . but there is always room for improvement . great physicians office otherwise. You guys rock! Roman med group 😊

Every time i got i am seen very fast.maybe spend an hour there at the most thats from the time i check inTill the time i check out.Dr are really nice and friendly

I have been a patient with Piedmont Physicians since at least May 2017. I’ve never seen an actual doctor. I’ve had three different PAs because the first two quit. If you don’t get an appointment months in advance, you won’t get one period. They also cancelled my appointment without my consent and sent me an email to let me know. I have tried to get an appointment within the same week only to be told they’re booked weeks out. Calling has been a nightmare, and now that they’re converting to Piedmont Physicians it’s only getting worse. I hate leaving bad reviews, but getting anyone to do anything there is like pulling teeth (the PA ordered tests months ago that he still hasn’t gotten the results to or called me about). The receptionist straight refers you to ER or Urgent Care if you need to be seen soon. I don’t see the point of having a Primary Care Physician if you have to always go to some other facility to get care.
