Very hard to ever reach someone on phone. Like they hardly ever answer. Wait times once you are there for appointment are almost always ridiculous. I hate to complain but it sucks everytime. Really miss Dr. Hendrix.

Majority of the staff is extremely unprofessional and rude.

Very unprofessional. I’m sure the doctors are great, if you actually get to see them during your scheduled appointment time. I had an appointment, along with an appointment confirmation text and even signed in with the staff. After waiting in the lobby for over an hour I was called back to see the WRONG doctor. The manager apologized for the screw up but an apology doesn’t cover the amount of time I wasted away from work, the gas I used to get to the facility and most importantly I didn’t even get to see a doctor to discuss my health concerns. Do not waste your time at this UNPROFESSIONAL office.

Do not go there !! Will give you an appointment and then have you wait over an hour for the doctor!! Go elsewhere

Office Assistant Shay needs to take a course in Customer Service. She talks to patients as if they know nothing and are no older than, perhaps, 2 years old. She has a very condescending attitude and appears to speak down to all who enter her domain. I realize the office staff knows more than most, but kindness goes a long way in swaying patients to your way of thinking. Don't talk down to me as if I know nothing. Continue this type of customer service and you will lose more patients than you gain!

I would absolutely never, ever recommend this practice to anyone. I fully understand that things are different with covid, but at my initial appointment, I waited 2 hours for the doctor. Okay, you know, practices run behind...after discussing my previous labwork, ordering a new panel, getting a quick ultrasound, and discussing the possible outcome, I made it clear that if the findings were clinically insignificant, I wasn't interested in pursuing treatment. I made my follow up appointment for 9:30 AM, considering my previous wait time.After checking in, I had to return to my car and wait for them to call me in. 45 minutes into my wait, the LPN called to say they "haven't forgotten about me" and that they were just a bit behind. Long story short, the doctor did not walk into my room until 11:50 AM with a student trainee or something TO TELL ME THE FINDINGS WERE INSIGNIFICANT AND THAT I SINCE I DIDN'T WANT TO PURSUE TREATMENT, I WAS GOOD TO GO, BUT COME BACK IF I START TO FEELING BAD.I had to pay a $50 copay each for those visits. I'm thankful to have insurance, because I couldn't not imagine paying out of pocket to have my time wasted like that.Save your time, money, and patience. Pick any other endocrinology practice in the city of Columbus.

Dr. Dennis was extremely rude and condescending. Even in his notes that he put in my father's chart was rude and condescending. He wouldn't let my dad talk. He kept cutting him off and then telling him to explain which was what my dad was doing the whole time. I tried to help my dad explain and he did the exact same thing to me. He treated us like we were a waste of his time.

Appointment was scheduled for 10 am but wasn't seen until 12:30. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

I would give them a negative 1. Not a child or family friendly atmosphere the doctor was nice but lack communication skills to deal with families and while checking out  Anna was popping gum and was not professional at all. Wish I had another alternative.

I would rate 0 stars, I have to wait 2-3 hours for Dr Leichter and 2-3 hour wait for Labcorp for blood work.  Staff is rude at front desk and Labcorp!  I get 5 min to talk with Doctor and he doesn't even look at me, he just talks into his voice activated computer.  I've been coming here over a year and hate it!  I dread this nasty office, now I have the flu from sitting around all these sick people.  They don't clean anything!  All they do is sit on their phones and laugh in the office area.  I would go somewhere else!
