Friendly atmosphere, most ppl are kind of cranky early in the morning but at 7AM I would say everyone was pleasant. I love how for my first ultrasound I got to sit down with a genetic counselor and go over my family’s health history to check all the boxes of any health concerns, the ultrasound tech was very sweet, & Dr. Seibles was such a breath of fresh air. I have had my share of providers who don’t care much and don’t mind showing it, however she was very attentive to my specific needs and made sure to educate me when necessary. I am so thankful for this team
The doctor and ultrasound tech was friendly and respectful. The front desk staff needs to learn better customer service. They are rude and unprofessional.
This place is an absolute joke for not allowing Husbands to go with their wives to ultrasounds. This is my wife's second pregnancy during the COVID Pandemic, in which we lost our first baby and we did not find out until her ultra sound where she was by herself and I was waiting in the car. Because of this, she now suffers emotional trauma. After explaining this, they still will not allow me to be with my wife during her appointment. My wife can not even facetime me during the ultrasound. These actions make it seem that the staff here do not actually care about the well being of the patients and the family they are "caring" for. They are content with making their money, being comfortable, and being lazy for not putting the families first that they are serving. The baby that my Wife is carrying, is just as much mine as it is my wife's and I at least deserve to be present during the visits.
My first visit here was pleasant. The wait time was very reasonable, I did not wait very long. The staff was friendly and answered all of my questions. My only issue is that I was having an ultrasound and they would not let my child's father in the ultrasound room nor the waiting room. It was really a mood killer because at my regular OB, they allow him there for ultrasounds. Also, that's a very special moment for parents but I do understand because of COVID .
Great facility. Employees are friendly. I’ve enjoyed each appointment.
This is my third pregnancy with this office and my first pregnancy during a pandemic. Let me tell you, the difference is like night and day. During my first two pregnancies I had very few issues with them and usually enjoyed everyone I came in contract with the only exception being a very rushed and not attentive MFM doctor there that I only had for the first half of my first pregnancy with them. Otherwise amazing place with an amazing staff- pre-pandemic.They're not pre-screening patients aside from asking if you have been in contact with a covid positive person and they are not enfocing or even encouraging social distancing. During my visit I didn't see anyone use hand santizer or wear gloves. They did all have on masks. The real issue:During my appointment I sat near a visibly unwell mama who explained she had covid but that she had called ahead and was told to come in. We sat together for less than 20 minutes before I found that out. I'm sure she was asked prior to being seated if she had contact but was seated and taken back at least twice before they told her to go home and call her GP. She was understandably upset because she made sure they were aware she was sick before coming in.How it was handled:I waited to see the nurse alone to ask how long I should wait to be tested I didn't want to embarrass the mama or cause others to worry. The sick mama sat very close to me and I care for an elderly heart and lung patient in my home. Rather than answer that question the nurse came off as defensive saying "covid is everywhere. You could get it at Walmart!" she then opened the door for me to leave... The question was never answered and I left when she opened the door for me to leave. It was a weird interaction considering I wasn't upset and just wanted to know how long I should wait.I don't leave my home unless it's for a doctor's appointments. My groceries are delivered and cleaned before they come in and house hold supplies arrive to my home via FedEx. I've gone through great care to avoid contact because of my very ill father living with me and my own illnesses. This is a high risk doctor's office, that deals with high risk pregnancies and the last place I would have thought would be this way. They should do better.I'm canceling all my (essential) appointments until I can get tested and hoping my OB can find an alternative place or pick up observations herself because I am no longer comfortable and don't feel like this is a safe place for anyone. Especially high risk patients. The nurse was right, covid is everywhere but we can all do our part to minimize transmission and DO BETTER!
Front desk staff is VERY unprofessional and rude, especially the heavy set dark skin lady at the front desk. Dr Seibles was okay at my first appointment but was rude and bitchie at my second appointment. The only people that are professional and friendly at this office is the ultrasound techs. Definitely firing this "Doctor".
The front desk staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. I ended up not even being seen nor helped due to unprofessionalism.
Was there in 2016 when pregnant with my now 4 year old and will be there again soon because I am high risk at the age of 40
I’m grateful to say I’ve had an awesome experience thus far. While waiting I noticed the waiting area was neat and quiet and the traffic of the patients moved at a very good pace. The front desk was very nice and greeted me as I walked in. The nurse was very informative and expressed interest In my concerns. I actually met with Dr.Siebles, she was really helpful and put my mind at ease. I didn’t sense an attitude or her being impatient. After meeting with her today I now have a better understanding of my future visits. I appreciate her knowledge and compassion towards her patients and their concerns. I’m now looking forward to my future appointments here! 🙂

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
