Piedmont Physicians Of Northside's Online Review Report Card

Found out too late that Dr. Johnson was not practicing here any longer when I called to make an appointment. Now, I don't have a doctor to see and was not offered any help. The website says same day appointments, but my first availability offer was a month away. I can call everyday to check on a cancelation or go to an urgent care when I need regular medical attention for a chronic issue. This is actually the second time I've tried to give this practice a try. Don't do it!!!

Praying I can find a better Doctor soon!!!!!! Been going to this Doctor over 5 years and still have not been able to find out why I’m so sick!!! The Doctor doesn’t listen and always telling me what she think or feel!!! How? You are not feeling any of my feelings or pain!!! Praying for a better Doctor!!

Very pleasant office. Dr. Johnson is so thorough and gets to know you. I've been 3:times and very satisfied . First, a male assistant did BP, etc before doctor come in He was excellent also. My husband went along and he decided to go to them also! Look forward to next visit .😀

Yelp has PO me for the last time. I will report this Doctor's office to the Georgia medical board for removing my bad experience at this doctor's office. Are they deaf dumb and blind or something? This legit review doesn't violate anything or than yelp is violating my civil rights because I'm white. Amy prescribed the Xanax on 05/22/2020 but not on my chart it says 05/26/2020. I have the date on the bottle and on my WellCare statement when It was prescribed. They are falsely chaging  the dates  my medical chart. I have no idea why they are acting this way. Why change the dates! Amy prescribed it for me with no problems. But when I complained that the Walmart pharmacist is wrongfully withholding giving me my refill when it was time to refill it on 06/22/2020.All of a sudden they are making an issue that it's too dangerous to be taken together.  Amy gave me 3 refills I have saved the bottle & my Wellcare statements to show the dates where it was prescribed on. So who is Chasity Reese trying to fool anyone by changing the dates?From 05/22/2020 to 05/26/2020 it seems that Piedmont is protecting bad doctors. Why else has my removed? Then tell me there is nothing they could do to resolve this. Of course, they could she could have given me a new prescription or Chasity Reese.But the office manager told her a bunch of lies. Because Chastity told me I heard everything about you. Talk about being some professional. Then tell me I need to see a Psychiatrist. But why falsely the date of when the Xanax was prescribed on. Why are trying to fool anyone? They didn't even make me a follow up appointment after my last visit on 05/19/2020.Why did I need to go to a psychiatrist something wasn't sounding right here. There was another complaint on google reviews against them. Which they were a Doctor student & were 3 months away from being a Doctor. I'm she he/she was WHITE also. They don't like white people in this office. You should have the t right to complain about the race of the person who is abusing you.I had asked to speak with the Doctor over Amy on 07/24/2020 she was hateful & abusive toward me from the getgo. She told me that she knew everything about me from the office manager. She didn't like it because I said the black employee at the Walmart pharmacy was giving me a hard time for no reason just like this Doctor's office was.The whoever who was replying for Amy was dismissing me as a patient with her saying there was nothing they could do to resolve this.I filed a complaint with the with piedmont about me being treated unfairly & being abused by the Doctor's office with them refusing to give me a new prescription for my Xanax due to the problems at Walmart pharmacy with the black intern.The Doctor or whoever in her office falsely put that it was 05/26/2020 but it was on 05/22/2020 just outright lying to make me the liar.I did nothing to deserve this harsh treatment over me asking to have a new prescription. It was the Doctor who was making the big deal over nothing. It was because of me being WHITE! And because I said that blacks everywhere were treated white people horribly & she didn't like it..I have feelings I am a human being. I'm tired of being picked on by these Doctors for no reason other than I'm WHITE and a single female!White people don't have to take being abused by black Doctors she never met me or seen me. Because of these recent shootings of these two black men. White people are being treated badly. It wasn't Amy answering my e-mails. The Doctor had such anger & animosity toward me because I confronted her why they were treated me the way they were.Then they went talking about me to my other Doctor which he acted funny toward me. Doctors aren't supposed to talk about their patients to other Doctors. I had nothing to do with the police killing those black men. But they are taking it out on me being unethical & unprofessional.I have a right to have anger & animosity toward them from how unfairly & unjustly treating me & bad-mouthing me to other Doctors. It seems Piedmont needs to go to. Because they have bad Doctors.These Office managers are bullies to Because the Doctor said she knew all about it from the office manager. They are trailer park garbage trash human beings when they treat people like this. This is patient abuse but because I'm "WHITE" And dismissing me is unethical too!They have no right to ruin anyone's life!The Doctor didn't make sure if my health is being seen well. They didn't take over because Amy is a LIAR and she was making false statements to the Doctor. The office manager is in trouble also. They are being cruel to me and aggravating my health condition with all this mental anguish and undue stress. That they are causing me.

I’d advise anybody who has a serious issue with health to see Ms.Amy. She has the best bedside manners there. The rest of the good doctors transferred so it’s not how it used to be. I had constant problems with Dr. Reese who always felt psychological was my problem for everything . She never listened to what I had to say and speaks to you like you’re slow or don’t know. Three times I told her there was something wrong that I needed her to check and she denied it and said it was psychological . Each time I asked to be checked I ended up being correct and I never received an apology. Some doctors have to realize that nobody knows the patient better than the patient so listen to the patient because doctors aren’t around 24/7. I hope I never see her again and I’d never recommend anybody to her. Other than her , the staff is cool and respectful especially Dr.Love.

The entire staff at this facility was PHENOMENAL with a capital P! Every person that I encountered was so sweet and professional. Today was my first time here and I enjoyed every minute! Dr. Amy was very warm, and down to earth. Nothing at all like my last doctor! She made me feel extremely comfortable. Dr. Love was excellent at drawing my blood, it was painless. Harley was really sweet. I don't know the name of the young lady that schedules the appointments but she was wonderful as well! Try North side Family Medicine and you won't be disappointed!
