Wow! Ashley Harris are so unprofessional to say she's a Medical doctor. Where is the professionalism? I felt so humiliated on yesterday 11/05/2021..I told Ms.Harris one of my nostrils keep reoccurring this thick crust on the inside each day when I removes it. Then, I goes to say I believes I have sinus. She replied, Why you think you have sinus? What symptoms are you having? I was like confused at first because i really didn't know what to say. Mostly doctors would give you a list of symptoms. Then, Harris turned to the Medical Training Student and laughed in my face and said " I asked, her what symptoms she's having". Another experience she kept questioning me about my personal life, as a doctor this is so unacceptable....
Dr. Brown is the best! She is kind, patient, and very informative. I took my children away from another physician and will never look back! If I could give her a higher rating definitely would. Thank you Dr. Brown for everything you've done for my family, we appreciate your hard work and dedication!
They won't allow husbands to take part in seeing our unborn baby or finding out the gender. This absolutely ridiculous, specially when I'm fully vaccinated.DO NOT RECOMMEND.
We have 2 children being seen here for almost a year now. We have seen both NPs and Dr. Vernon I believe and everyone has been great. The nurses have been gentle, kind and understanding to my children. I’ve never had a problem with the front office staff being rude and I have gotten stopped by the train coming in many times which made me a few minutes late but they have never given me a hard time. I have been able to get multiple same day appointments or book online the night before for a next day appointment without any trouble. We did wait a while for our initial visits because it was the middle of moving season and they had a ton of new patients but it was expected and they did their best to get us worked in before school started back.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I like Dr. Brown. She is a good doctor, but the staff there is horrible. My baby's appointment was at 9am this morning, but for some reason I thought it was 10. I arrived around 9:30. The lady at the counter rudely informed me that I had missed my appointment. There was only one other person in the waiting room and they refused to see my baby. I have never been late for an appointment before. She tried to reschedule me for 2 weeks later! I told her not to worry about rescheduling. I will be scheduling an appointment with a different doctor today! I work at a doctor's office and when someone shows up we try to fit them in every time.. even if we are pressed for time.
Dr.Vernon is a knowledgeable, so knowledgeable he knows the answers to the questions before you can complete the sentence. His listening skills are about 20%, and he is very dismissive.Dr. Vernon missed major growth matters concerning my child. I had to bring them to his attentionHe didn't not catch it, if this issue was caught earlier and treated properly, my child wouldn't be going through a difficult time. Thanks Dr. Vernon
I had a horrible experience in piedmont pediatric emergency and I won’t recommend this to anyone. My 2 year old child accidentally put tiny lego object in his nose and when we went to piedmont Pediatric ER immediately the doctor Rebecca Reamy and nurses tried removing the object immediately without knowledge and looking at where object actually is, my child was screaming badly. That horrible treatment placed the object deep inside and doctor carelessly told that object is not there in the nose, She said I promise you, you go home and relax. When we went home we found with torch light that object was still there in nose. We went back to ER again and told doctor that object is still there. Instead of apologizing Doctor carelessly used the words ‘Oh you found it, great, let’s try to remove again’ I asked doctor is it a game or fun? It was life or death situation because that object could have stopped breathing. She tried to remove 2nd time and then said ‘we can’t remove it. You need to see specialist in morning’ That was so ridiculous, the object was there inside nose. Doctors was so irresponsible. We as a parents had to go thru horrible stress whole night, we were not able sleep and next day morning we went to specialist and child had to go thru surgery because the object went little bit more inside due to careless treatment without knowledge. The specialist said good that you brought child here coz the object could have gone inside lungs and that careless doctor fromPiedmont’s ER told last night ‘you go and relax, even if the object is there it will come out in poop’ so ridiculous. Moreover now piedmont and the doctor is feeling they didn’t do anything wrong and they want me to pay for that ER visit which is insane and inhuman. Will never recommend piedmont pediatrics ER to anyone.
I love it here. Dr. Brown is the best. It is not hard to get an appointment at all. Also the wait is never long!!
La mejor pediatra que han tenido mis hijos muy amable muy atenta muy profesional
Every time I call in I get Sabrina and she is very rude !!! She sounds irritated and not welcoming. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. They need to retrain her or let her go. They never send your referrals when they say they do. You have to call them constantly to make sure everything gets done. I’ve updated my address and phone number and they still fail to contact me with important info. They are the worse and blame you for them not doing their part !!! I would not recommend them to anyone !!!!!!!!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
