I called ahead to make sure they were taking walk ins. When I got here it took 30 minutes just to bring me my paperwork. I sat in my car for 3 HOURS! When I finally got inside to be seen, the nurse is rude, I still have yet to see the Dr AND not 1 patient is inside. I will NEVER come here again. They have the business sense and compassion of a corpse!!

Total IQ of 43 in that whole office combined. If you don’t need a Covid test they ain’t doing nothing to help you

Was supposed to get my test result in an hour. Don't have it. Dr hasn't called me back yet and result isn't uploaded to my portal like I was told. They are supposed to be open until 8 but no one will answer the phone and I started calling about 530

They don’t need a one star. I called first, Ms. Carela however you spelled her name. Didn’t not give out the correct information. Along she put the man in front of us when we had already been outside waiting. I’m concerned with my child health for a COVID-19 test. Discussing this with my mom. The nurse practitioner came out and DENIED MY SON SERVICE. This is beyond me, I have insurance and should be allowed to be seen as well. Regardless of Ethnicity and frustration for our health in this trying time.

Apparently due to, I dont know, increased demand due to covid 19 they shut this location down but didn't bother to list it on their website that you had to travel across town to their other location until you get to the front door and read a sign. Nice to know that all it takes to bring healthcare to a stand still is an actual health problem like a virus. This is why people clog up the ER for things that should be urgent care because when you need them the urgent care isn't available.

It took me 54 minutes to walk out of my door and back in. Super fast and friendly service. I really wish I could make them my primary care facility.
