Checked in online and was greeted when I arrived. I was there for approximately 45 minutes and was able to buy my medication there. The staff was very friendly and efficient. I do not hesitate to cdome to this location.

I just had the most positive experience at Piedmont UrgentCare! From the person who greeted me and handled all my background information. To the young people who took my vitals (and again)! And the Nurse Practitioner who treated me with patience and respect (and prescription)! Everyone was so friendly and Amazing. Thank you so much for Your Kind Care!!!

Great experience all around. Online check-in and quickly getting called back for vitals and getting a room sped things up. PA Maddie and NP Matt were phenomenal! Matt was so down to earth, explained things in simple terms, and helped me feel at ease with a delicate medical matter. DEFINITELY recommending this location to others.
