I made my appointment online. The link didn’t work to let them know I had arrived but upon entering the building I was greeted by the receptionist. They were friendly and my wait time was short. I wish all doctors appointments were like this.

The Doctor and his staff made it a pleasurable experience when I visited Urgent Care. This was my first time and they were willing and able to help me with all my problems from registering to my medical care. They were all patient and highly professional and the Doctor took his time to explain and ensure I understood everything that was going on with me. It was truly a remarkable experience coming from Piedmont Urgent Care. I must note that I was having difficulty trying to assemble a medical device I had gotten days before and the Doctor told me to bring it to them ( he explained I may have to wait a while if they were attending patients) he and his nurse showed me everything and made sure I understood everything. I have to admit that even though I went in feeling badly, they sent me home feeling much better and with a newfound respect for Doctors and their care for their patients. Thank you all so very much and may The Lord continue to keep you with attention and comfort you give your patients. God bless

Came in last Sunday after wife got dragged down the driveway by our dog . They were friendly fast and very patient with her as they cleaned the wound. Crystal Crowder , Jessica and the lady at the front desk sorry didn’t get her name. They all were amazing and very helpful. They Found us a pharmacy open late so we could pick up her prescription. we would highly recommend this place.

I was lucky with my wait time. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Going to somewhere sick always is a vulnerable thing, but the nurse and provider made me very comfortable and were kind and compassionate.
