Dr. Patel had great bedside manner he came in and talked to me after my procedure was done explained everything and he even called me the next day to check on me to make sure I was OK. His staff were not that friendly didn’t really explain things to me very well and when I asked to explain again the lady that helped me got irritated and told me to read all my paperwork.

Dr Patel did an ERCP on me Wednesday, July 14,, 2021 and I must say I was so very pleased with his bedside manner in the OR . He was so sweet and caring. Man of few words but I knew he cared about his patient. His entire office staff were just as kind as they could be. From the time I walked into his office I knew I came to the right place. The office was very clean and everyone professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a GI DR. Thank you Dr Patel! Audrey Elaine Thompson

From check in counter to check out counter, every staff member was so nice and very helpful and Specially Dr. P.H. PATEL is so helpful to my dad and he explain everything in so detail.

If I could take both of there licenses I would! They have no care for the elderly. Both Dr. Patel’s..all they care to do is run up your insurance and preforms little to no care for the patients. Harassment over the phone about copays. If you don’t have the money up front he doesn’t care if you die they will cancel your appointment. He is rude and obnoxious with very little skill as a Doctor. Check how low his rating is... if you care about your mother or father please go with them to this doctor or he will take them for every penny and give them little to no care. Your love one is in great danger under this so called doctors care. Abuse of the Elderly!

I love this man he is excellent in what he does. I've been a patient of his since I was 19 yrs old. I'm now 52. I just wanna say thank you for all your service an health care to me through the years. God bless An continue to proper you Dr. Patel.

Everyone I have known recommend Dr Pravinchandra Patel for Colonoscopy and I'm more than happy to have heeded the sound advice. The 3 visits for the pre post and one for the actual procedure were a smooth sail. I also came across some friends who planned a Colonoscopy and got cold feet just before the scheduled procedure just because they didn't feel comfortable with the process of anesthesia. All in all I'm happy that I was in good hands and came out with clean results.
