Tahira Prendergast's Online Review Report Card

I can't brag ENOUGH! Smart, and is TALENTED with breast procedures. I am SO LUCKY to have had Dr. Prendergast fix me....I came home and cried because she restored my confidence under her care on June 11, 2021.

If you want dermal fillers, go somewhere else!!! Based on my experience, this provider doesn't have the experience to do the procedure well, and doesn't have the knowledge base to correct it if something goes wrong. Also, I've had 3 appointments for different things, and every time I've been seen over 45 minutes after my appointment time. When I finally do get seen, Dr Prendergast is always in a rush to get done and get out. I got lip fillers, and over 2 months later they still have visible bumps; it looks so much worse than my normal lips, and is even more noticeable when I wear lipstick. Apparently this happens when the filler is injected too shallow. When I went back in, they said that they couldn't do anything about it. They also pressured me to get more filler than I wanted, probably to get more money... Dr. Prendergast doesn't even talk to you, she just gets her staff to talk to you, and then they "translate" what they think you want.

Although there is a procedure, they had never done it and didn't know how. Their advice was that people dont look very close at your lips, so I should focus on other features of my face... But why did pay them money to give me lip fillers, then?? They also pressured me to get more filler than I wanted, probably to get more money... and then the way it was injected was all in the sides of my mouth and mostly in my upper lip, which wasn't what I was looking for. I think that maybe part of the reason for the disconnect is that the doctor who injects you isn't the person who actually talks to you and does your consult. I dont think these doctors (or at least Dr Prendergast, the doctor I saw) have the expertise required to do dermal fillers well. Go somewhere else. Maybe they did the minimum training required, but they definitely are not good at it. Apparently there's a difference between a "board certified plastic surgeon" and a "board certified facial plastic surgeon"; the latter would actually have expertise in lip fillers and correcting them if they go wrong.

I saw Dr. Prendergast for a breast augmentation and could not be more happy with my results. I knew exactly what I wanted prior to visiting Jain Plastic initially, and Dr. P delivered. Recovery was a dream, it was easy with almost no downtime. Every appointment before and after went smoothly, the office staff is incredibly helpful and friendly and does a great job making you feel comfortable. I would hands-down recommend Dr. Prendergast to anyone interested in cosmetic procedures.

I had a wonderful experience at Jain Plastic Surgery! The staff is amazing. They made me really feel comfortable and special. Dr. Prendergast helped me understand the process, what size was best for me, and did an amazing job on my breast augmentation! I would definitely recommend her and I will use her in the future.

Dr. Prendergast is an absolutely amazing surgeon!!!! She takes the time to answer all your questions and she takes pride in her work. The staff at JPS are as equally great, everyone at this office is kind, knowledgeable and caring!!! I can't say enough great things about Dr. P and her staff!!!!!

From the start she gives you her attention so that she can better assist you in what it is your looking for. Staff is great and everyone is helpful.

she barely looked at me, spent a lot of time talking about the implants, but couldn't tell me where they are made. will not be returning as her patient.
