List of Wayne Gasser's Reviews
Dr Gasser is incredibly thorough and makes sure he is checking into every detail. He also is reassuring when there is nothing to worry about. He is phenomenal.
I have seen Dr. Gasser and his staff for the past 3 years and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future! His staff is kind, quick but thorough, and very easy to work with. They go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of and completely satisfied with your care and purchases. They have a great selection of frames (I don’t wear contacts) with a good variety of prices and styles. Last year I realized my new prescription was a bit off once I got my new glasses and wore them for a day or two and they had my lenses replaced and returned to me within a week! They are great!
Dr. Gasser was amazing during my first eye appointment. Felt very comfortable and welcome. He was patient and you can tell he really cares about his patients!
I've been seeing Dr. Gasser for my eyecare for the past 2 years. He is relatable and thorough. He takes time to get things right, to explain the examination and what he's seeing, and to answer any questions.
Always a great experience! Dr. Gasser is professional, offers great customer service and very friendly. I highly recommend!
Dr. Gasser is honest and compassionate. The service and care he gives surpasses that of his competitors! He has had my families business for years! Thank you for all you do for us!
Over prescribed me. Underprescribed my son. Suggested reading glasses of 1.50 in a bifocal. A separate optometrist told me to avoid readers entirely for a few more years, but if I started getting headaches to get a 0.75 pair from the drug store. He told me my son had a slight astymatism and barely needed glasses. A separate optometrist told us my son is farsighted in his left eye, nearsighted in his right eye, with a severe astymatism in both. Do not give this man your time or money.
Dr. Gasser is a phenominal optometrist. His approachable demeanor immediately puts you at ease and lends a comfortablness to the exam while his obvious extensive knowledge of the eyeball in all of it's glorious goopiness confirms your wise decision in choosing him in the first place. He is thorough in his exam and takes the time to answer any and all questions no matter how ridiculous and has a way of explaining things so that even the most dense individual can easily understand. I've been a patient for around 10 years now and I refuse to see anyone else.
Very friendly and informative. He was very patient with my two children. He calmed their fears about the exam. He was great at explaining what he was doing and why. I highly recommend him for all ages
First off, I was very impressed with his assistant that saw me before the exam. Second, he never made me feel nervous during my exam or that I was being rushed for the next patient. His time was fully devoted to me and making sure all my questions were answered and that I was happy before I left the exam room. He had a very happy perosonlity and joking sense of humor. I would recommend him to anyone! Overall, great Doctor.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
