The staff at Orthopedic One in Upper Arlington are very efficient. There was no waiting at all! Very friendly and helpful staff including Dr. Fitz. Thank you for a great experience!

Dr. Fitz is very knowledgeable and personable. In conducting a test that was uncomfortable, he was very kind and explained each step as he proceeded with the test. His office staff are very nice and I was in and out with no wait!

My impression of Dr. Fitz is of a dismissive and self-important guy. He spoke over me. He told me I had carpal tunnel syndrome. He didn't bother to ask if I had been tested for CTS. (I have been tested. I do not have carpal tunnel syndrome.) Every time I answered a question, his face contorted in a pained, angry way. I think he thought I wasted his time. I know he wasted mine.
