I am so glad I found ZOe Pediatrics. This center provides a very unique and calming atmosphere for the kids/youth. The staff is amazing, professional, and love their jobs. Everyone is very well knowledgeable. Great place to bring your family.

I have been taking my children here for 5 years. They have helped me every step of the way by teaching me the milestones my children were supposed to reach every well child check up. The staff is always so patient and kind, and the doctors listen to what I have to say about any decision I make for my childrens well-being! I love their after care services! I love Zoe’s and I recommend them to any parent!

I love Zoe‘s Pediatric. I’ve never had a problem when I take my kids to be seen. All of the doctors, the nurses and the staff are awesome. Sometimes the wait might be a little longer than I anticipated but it is understandable because they do have a lot of patients. Zoe’s pediatric feels like home to me and I love the fact that the doctors get to know my children. And they listen to what I have to say, they ask a lot of questions to find out what is really wrong with my babies.

The nurses and doctors are always so polite and friendly. We go to the location on 13th ST. We have been going here for over 5 years and my sons have always had the same doctor and nurse which helps the “going to the doctors” experience for my boys so much easier. Nurse Steven is absolutely the best! Not to mention the decor of Zoe’s 😍😍😍 EVERY ROOM IS A DIFFERENT CARTOON CHARACTER, hand painted on every wall!!!! My kids love walking to the back and getting excited to see what room we will be out in! Something you would have to see to believe!!!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! NO WORDS COULD DESCRIBE, even toys to match the characters in every room! AND THE LOBBY IS A COMPLETE JUNGLE don’t know why they haven’t made the news or the cover of a magazine!*** after taking the time to post my review (which I NEVER DO), I had the chance to read the reviews that were left and I am shocked! I had to come back and add this. I have NEVER had a bad experience with them, when I call, I can get my boys in that same day. When we arrive, we have never waited more than 15 minutes and that was only once. Other than that less than 10 minutes. Not even enough time for the kids to play with the tons of toys and the staff has ALWAYS been nice. I don’t know but WE LOVE THEM!

Zoe’s on 13th Street in Columbus, GA is a clean facility and beautifully staffed. Sometimes a bit slow but my experience so far with my 4 kids has been a great one. From great nursing staff who exhibit patience for children afraid of needles whether a baby or a teen, to the doctors being knowledgeable and truly listening to the needs and concerns of the child and parent. I am so happy I was able to find this pediatric option with CareSource. I was elated when they brought one closer to home and that I was getting the same great if not greater experience than the Willams Road location.

The staff is always on point, direct and thorough. I was swabbed for both Covid and Flu, triaged, consulted with the Doctor all within 30 minutes. All results were given within 24 hours of my appointment.
