How do expect someone on a sliding scale to pay $400 out of pocket and then not even tell you the price until a voicemail the day before. THEN when you call to ask about that they tell you its the only option. No wonder the rating is so low just another example of milking poor people for all they have and driving them to anger. Poor poor community outreach ladies.

DO NOT waste your time I scheduled my appointment 45 days in advance and specifically told them I needed a cleaning xray and 2 teeth needed fillings When I scheduled the appointment I talked to the receptionist who then put me on hold to ask the manager how long to make the appointment so I could have everything done at once..I explained I have extreme anxiety issues and that I lived over a hour away First off the staff are extremely rude as I was waiting a lady came in and was 10 mins late and they made her reschedule for over a month away..there were no patients other than one there so I dont see any reason to make someone come back over 10 mins and they were rude to her Once I got to the back I was told they only scheduled for a 30 mins visit? Who does a 30 min visit???? Not to mention the equipment looked extremely outdated and the carpet had stains Dont waste your time going there

Everyone was very friendly and kind.

So my husband came to the car as I was leaving my other review they ask how many teeth since the price went up from $55 a visit to $55 a tooth so I paid for 2 teeth and he came out and they said that they put double filling on one and so they charged me for 2 teeth and only done 1 so messed up

I have had 2 appointments with them in the last month and they have called to cancel both appointments. I dont advise you to try to see the doctor because something is always wrong with her not being there on the days they schedule appointments Do Not Go Here For Any Service...

Dr. Powers is one of the most careful gentle and fast dentist that I have ever experienced Im so thankful for Medlink.

Horrible experience unprofessional and lack of communication avoid at all cost.So i arrived at 845 A.M today thursday October 29th at the office today for my scheduled appointment at 9 a.m to check my teeth. Office hour for a thursday is 800 A.M 6 P.m. The door was locked and light inside was off. I waited until 915 and still no one was there. At 925 somebody must have sneaked in the back and turned on the lights so i walked over and knocked on the door glass she looked out saw me but attempted to hide away. At this point i was so mad because i had to take a day off and drove one hour to get there i decided to call it done and gone home.Main point if a doctor or office doesnt have the responsibilty or courtesy to call you ahead of time if heshe might be late or treat you in a responsible and professional way then what make you think heshe will take care of your teeth with care. I emailed them and called them multiple times to find out what is going on to no available. There obviously are no work ethic with this office and the doctors will be a reflection of how things are handled.They definately will not go here in the future.
