I was treated very rudely by Dr. Adam French's front office staff. I did not appreciate one of his front office staff arguing with me about what pharmacy to order my prescriptions. Also, I was given the wrong information about when I had to pay my copayment for my medical appointment by another front office staff person. It was a very humiliating experience for me. I have never been treated so rudely and humiliated by any other physician's office staff. It was a very emotional experience for me. The experience was very upsetting and frustrating. I called Dr. Adam French's office and asked to have him return my call. I spoke with a women in his office and explained my reason why I wanted to talk directly with Dr. French. She told me she would have him call me but I never received a return phone from him. I am still waiting for Dr French to call me back. I saw Dr. French in his Covington office on June 22, 2021. I did not have a problem with Dr. Adam French and the medical care I received from him. I was treated very rudely only by some of his front office staff. The office staff was very unprofessional and unethical in my opinion. Dr. Carolyn Driver, Ph.D.

Dr French figured out what was stuck in my throat with a camera he puts down the nose. It was a piece of metal from a grilling brush. Thank God he agreed to see me eventhough he was booked that day. He immediately scheduled a procedure at Piedmont Newton to remove the piece of metal. His calm demeanor and confidence made me feel calm about having this done. I am so grateful that he took care of this scary issue so quickly for me. I had felt like something was stuck in my throat for a couple of days. I could breathe and talk but something just didn’t feel right! Thank you Dr. French!
