Excellent doctor actually listens to his patients a rare find. He will take as much or as little time as you need.
Excellent bedside manner, loveable staff!! Highly recommend to anyone with skin care needs!
Dr is never available, have to see pa.
Came with a patch of itchy skin(nothing visible like a rash). Had to go to him 3 times and couldn't cure it. He did not listen since he took my skin for biopsy for no reason the next time when I told him that my skin had a side-effect with the drug and it was not a growth. It was actually a scab and it fell off. So when I went after it had fallen off, he told there was a growth but couldn't find it anymore and he couldn't explain the itchiness which by the way was the main issue. Huge bills!!!
Dr. Filstein is a wonderful doctor. His staff is a joy to talk to. Best doctor ever!
I have always been very pleased with Dr. Filstein, the PA's, and his office staff. They have always been courteous, helpful, and professional. This last visit was not up to par though. I took my daughter in and it went great. We left the office and got a phone call that they had given us someone else's prescription. We took it back and got the right one. Then we go to the pharmacy to get medication and the office staff did not complete their part so she could get the prescription and now she has to go back to college. You are allowed seven days to get this prescription or have to wait a month. Quite an aggravation as we can't get anyone on the phone to help us as it is Saturday. Other than this very unpleasant experience, we have always been pleased.
I really like Dr. Filstein however he's joined Family Dermatology. Can't say I excited with this. It seems to me less personal service and they're now closed on Friday's. I've seen Dr. Filstein for several years and he's very good. Let's say this, I trust him! And I'd take Friday's off too if I could.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
