Dr. Carter will do what ever is necessary in order to help his patients. He is very knowledgeable far above most in his own field as well as other medical conditions. He will take the time to get to know his patients there medical concerns as well as always evaluates all medication given by himself as well as other physicians that maybe prescribing medication for other condition in the same patient. He will speak with other specialist and is not reluctant to conceder all opinion as opposed to just demand he is correct at the patients expense. Wonderful manner very kind polite understand on all matters can't say enough good things concerning this man. Not one having had multiple life long chronic medical issues to like doctors much at all he is the exception. Very pleased with his services.
