TERRIBLE PLACE TO WORK I walked into this job not knowing what a complete mess would be awaiting me. The nature of the work is not hard and the some of the staff are willing to help you figure out your way around things. However the HR manager is absolutely TERRIBLE at communication. I was informed that I had a 30 day grace period before I had to be locked into a year long commitment. Unfortunately due to personal circumstances and extremely short notice I resigned on the 30th day. Since then I have gone through a disaster with this company. They lost documentation of mine that I had to redo. There was money missing off my first check and when I emailed HR about it he just forwarded it to the CEO who just said I was not going to be paid for some things due to breach of contract. I continued to email the CEO and HR manager to gain clarity on the matter and all my emails were ignored. At one point I called the HR manager and he ignored my calls until I called from a different number. My final check was mailed to me and I was mortified to see it had $0.00 written on it. The breakdown said that due to my breach of contract there were deductions taken out. I find it funny how the deductions just so happened to perfectly equal the amount to put my check at $0.00. If you are not able to commit to 1 year do not bother applying. CEO and HR are beyond unprofessional when it comes to being paid properly and I honestly dont know how theyve been in business for well over 10 years. Absolutely pathetic. Really wish Google would allow ZERO stars

This company is a scam The CEO is one of the most cold stand offish I have ever encountered They tell lies to get you in the door and then back track once your decline the offer after the “trail period.” The HR manger and the CEO would ignore you calls lie about paper work and insist on receiving the paperwork that you’ve already turn in they would make up fake fees to deduct money from your paycheck AND they would not pay you your final check They literally sent a check with $0 on it If you work here make sure you take pictures of ALL the documents and the employee handbook You have to commit to the company for one year. They had us sign a “contract” that wasn’t properly explained That quoted my year started the day of orientation when I was told I was on a 30 day grace period Don’t get me started on the worklife balanced For you to get ready for the sessions you’ll have to prep for at least an hour or two to get ready for the each client session. Then the completion of NOTES They would loose your notes leaving you to redo them which delay your paycheck which you have to pick up in person. The company considers 20 25 clients is full time and is more than willing to bulk your caseload. Within the first week I had 10 clients You’re only going to meet the same five people whom been with the company for years. You’ll never meet any new people. The company purposely keep you separate from them. The company have you label as therapist even when you’re legally not license. The company company will charge you for orientation orientation items even after you turn them in finger prints when they say they would pay drug testing trainings and ect on your last check Trust me save your self the sanity and don’t work here You will be over worked probably paid and be face with millions of excuses I can honestly say if I could give them negative stars I would
